Job when well, Highly recommended, QNS was very responsive on my urgent request to check my leaking water heater. He was over that evening @ 8:30pm; Quincy was very professional and courteous on the repair quote. He was able to assets and provided me several water heater option, no sales pitch only answer the question which we ask. The next morning he provided me 3 different water heater prices, and my new WH was installed by 3pm that day. The installation was also excellent, quick and neat, he cover my entire rug with plastic covering (my WH is on the 2nd floor). Will definitely refer QNS to others.

They were on time. The price was fair. The guy was nice. 'A' plus. They did plumbing. This was about a week ago. It cost three hundred and seventy four dollars. I would absolutely use them again.

The provider came to my house in a timely manner and walked down to the basement. He examined the floor and walls and looked for the location of the wetness. Upon inspecting the floor and walls, he deemed that the basement needed a French Floor installed. He offered an estimate, explained the process, and left.

QNS was quick, efficient, and clean. The plumber came, looked at the faucet from the outside and inside. He decided it would be best to replace from the inside. He cut out the old pipe and replaced it with a new one.

My wife and I joined Angie's List to look for a plumber after a series of unfortunate events with a contractor we hired. After 7 grueling months, we finally made it to final inspection only to fail plumbing. Attempts to finalize the project with our contractor failed. This is when we decided to join Angie's List to find a plumber. After reading the reviews, I called QNS Plumbing and Quincy came out that afternoon. Not only did he replace my broken ejector pump with a new one but he took the time to show me how to maintain it. After testing it, he tied up all the wires neatly and cleaned the area. A week later, my bar sink was leaking and Quincy came a few hours after I called and replaced what was broken. What took the other guy hours took him minutes. I highly recommend QNS Plumbing and will use them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Angie's List!

Great! I called at 1 PM with a completely plugged toilet and tub and he was there within hours. Very professional, did a great job! Answered all my questions. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Due to a baby arriving within the next 2 weeks, we will be holding off on fixing this problem for a month or two. However, we will follow the recommendations made by Quincy to see if we can further identify the cause of the problem and then hire him when it is more convenient for us. We obviously, wish to avoid taking down parts of walls and ceilings to expose drain pipes if necessary. Would highly recommend him to others as well.

I called Quincy for help determining the right size hot water heater so that we could fill a soaking tub. He went through a variety of options and explained what to look for. He also encouraged me to research online. I really appreciated his patience. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions and he was not at all pushy about making a purchase of having him come over. I called him because of his high ratings on Angie's List. I'll definitely call when we're ready to do the install.

We called QNS because of all the great reviews.I have to say he certainly has lived up to the reviews. Our kitchen sink started spewing water when it drained. I called Quincy that day and he was able to come the next evening. When he arrived he came on time and was friendly and courteous. He explained that our copper pipes were pitted, or corroded, in some areas which caused the pipes to s*** the water. He explained that the plumber that did the original work, not hired by us but by the previous home owner, put the pipes in backwards, which was causing the water to sit in the pipes. This ultimately lead to the pitting of the pipes. Quincy fixed it that evening using a PVC. We were not picky that he didn't use the copper because we are planning to redo our kitchen. When it was time for the bill he wrote it out on a nice paper with his business info on it, gave us a card and charged us just a service fee of 125. (not including tax which we did pay). He was in and out withing about 30 minutes. I thought it was great too because he guarantees his work for 30 days. It has been about 30 days and we have had no issues at all. Quincy was amazing! He came the next day and was great! We will most certainly be calling him to redo our kitchen! :) Highly recommend.

Well we had to have Quincy back but his time for a completely different problem! Our sink that our washing machine drains into has been overflowing for 3 days. No matter how much Drano I poured into it. He was able to come this evening around 8pm. I was surprised that he was willing to come so quickly and such last minute! When he arrived he put on some booties to make sure he didnt track in the rain. So thoughtful! He was in and out within 30 minutes and charged us a service fee of 50.00 plus tax. He explained to us that the pipe that takes the water to the main drain of the house is too small by about 2". He quoted us on the cost should we like to upgrade it in the future (295 plus tax), and charged us a service fee for opening the drain up and pulling out all the lint that had accumulated. Great service!!! We will be doing the upgrade to be sure and will have him back! If you are considering a plumber you have to choose Quincy. He is fantastic!

Water was leaking from the upper level bathroom shower drain into the lower level bathroom. I called QNS Plumbing and Qunicy agreed to come the same day. He looked at the problem and found that the upper level shower drain did not have a gasket and sealant. He showed us how the previous plumber had stuffed a ragged cloth under the drain pipe to stop the leak instead of putting a sealant. He also showed us how the drain pipe was misalighed with the drain and suggested that if the gasket and sealant did not stop the leak, he will have to cut the drain pipe and realign the drain. He was very honest in his recommendations/suggestions and did an excellent job fixing the leak. We will definitely use QNS again and recommend them to our friends. Thank you.

I saw that QnS had very good ratings on Angie's List and decided to call them for some plumbing issues that we were having. I left them several very detailed messages telling them what I needed and how to get back to me, and after 3 messages, I gave up. Apparently they don't need the business.

I shopped around & got all sorts of prices. QNS was one of the best. He explained what had to be done, & how he would do it. Job was completed in half day. The work was clean, & neat. I will use him again with any plumbing needs. I would recommend QNS all the time.

I emailed pictures of the old water heater, the connections and exhaust. QNS Plumbing responded quickly and gave an estimate and brought the exhaust up to code. I would definitely call QNS again for future work.

Had a badly clogged outside drain pipe which caused the downstairs bathroom to overflow even when using any other bathroom/shower or washing machine. It ended us with a flooded bathroom and living room after using the shower. I called QNS on a Friday around 2:30 PM and they showed up in under 3 hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue, give me a quick estimate and had the problem solved in under an hour. He was professional and thorough. I would definitely use again.

I had a very good experience with QNS plumbing. He called to cancel due to inclement weather and called to let me know when he was on his way on the day we rescheduled. I also appreciated that he respected that shoes are removed at the door by putting on shoe covers when he entered my house (which is surprisingly rare for contractors!). He fixed the shut off valve to the house and fixed the shut off valve to the toilet. I have no complaints about his work. He also gave me a quote on another job I am considering. I would definitely use the service again!
