Quince found the problem and he fixed it in 5 minutes. I have used his service in the past and would not dream of using a different plumber.

Quincy came when he said and did a great job installing my new dishwasher.

The service was very good. He came and solved the problem.

It went very well. Quincy installed my new water heater with no problems or issues. In fact, when I changed my mind at the last minute about which brand to buy, he went to the extra trouble of exchanging the one he had already bought. He also fixed a problem I had with water getting into the basement. I have a floating slab system. Whenever it rained heavily, the water wasn't moving quickly enough through the system to the sump pump, and it overflowed onto the basement floor. I thought for sure I'd need an additional sump pump, with all the expense that would go with it. Quincy had a better solution -- he widened the water channel by chiseling away the concrete in a few key spots. No more flooding! His solution kept the cost to a minimum. And finally, he fixed a problem with a toilet bubbling up and splashing when a toilet one floor above it was flushed. There turned out to be two fixes required, one with drainage and one with venting. The issue hasn't recurred since he was here. Quincy is a real pro. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work he's done for us. His charges have always been fair and reasonable.

1st time: all went well. 2nd time: 1st cartridge was defective, he had to come back twice: once to trouble shoot, and once to replace defective cartridge ... eventually, all went well ... no extra charge.

It went very, very well. Q.N.S. was very personable without sacrificing professionalism. He worked quickly and neatly in a very small space; and left the area as he found it. I was prepared to install the trim myself, but he offered to do so and I was very pleased with the result.

I am so thankful I found Quincy on Angie's List. I called him in the morning and had an appointment in the evening. He worked with my schedule and even called to let me know he was on his way as I had requested. He even worked with me on the price when I told him I was quoted a little less elsewhere. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was respectful of not wearing shoes in my house and cleaned up his work. I will use Quincy any time I have a plumbing issue and recommend him to anyone I know looking.

The first time we called QNS, the trap on my sewage line was backed-up, which caused an odor throughout my house. This had been happening periodically over the last few years so I knew exactly what needed to be done. However, this time I wanted to avoid future occurrences and fortunately Quincy was able to diagnose the issue. He took some photos and said he could come back another time to fix it when we were ready. The second time he came back to fix the diagnosed problem, which involved rerouting the slop sink and sump pump plumbing correctly. We're confident that we won't be running into this issue again, especially since we've noticed that we don't see water backing up into our slop sink anymore! The third time we called on behalf of my mom who was panicking over a sewer line in her home that was causing some overflow issues and foul odors in her basement. He came out at 7am the next morning despite having to be in North Jersey by mid-morning and successfully resolved the issue, which was very much appreciated on such short notice.

This is the 5th or 6th time I used Quincy in the last 5 years for different kind of plumbing work. As always he is the most reliable plumber I have seen so far who always provide a very reasonable estimate for any work. I don't even bother to negotiate or shop around as his price is always good and he is not greedy. He again performed this job to my satisfaction and cleaned up after the work was completed. He is busy though. So you may have to wait a bit if it is not anything urgent.

Where do I start? We were in a semi-emergency situation (we JUST closed on our home and that night discovered our water main shut off was NOT functioning.. yet we needed it to!). To make a long story short, Quincy came to our rescue, accepted the challenge of basically 12 hour notice to install our water main shut off valve (which was coordinated with town) and totally exceeded our expectations. When I read the other reviews prior to contacting QNS, I honestly wanted to give this company a shot at being our go-to plumber, our partner. I was not disappointed and so appreciative and thankful that 1)Angie's List exists 2)Folks take the time to leave their reviews. GREAT PLUMBER!!!!! Knows his STUFF.

Quincy is professional, very reliable and diligent about the job. Reasonable with fees and focused on delivering the essentials to solve the problem at hand. He is now our go-to plumber.

It went better than expected. I called Quincy on a Wednesday evening and explained I had a dripping tub faucet that seemed to be getting worse each day. He asked what type of faucet, and I informed him it was a Moen. He quoted me a price and informed me I could get the necessary part needed to repair from the company online for free which would reduce the price he quoted. I thought that was very professional to look out for the customer and save me some money. However, I needed it done a little quicker than it would probably take to get from Moen. We then scheduled an appointment which would be for Friday evening (which I requested an evening appointment which fit my schedule). He said if something became available for Thursday, he would call me back and let me know. That worked for me. Not long after we spoke Quincy did call me back, and he had a cancellation which opened up for the same day Wednesday. He asked if that would work for me and gave me a time slot in which he would be at my house that evening. He arrived before time and immediately took care of the problem to my satisfaction. He also alerted me to another issue with the faucet for the main water supply within my home which was not completely shutting off the water coming into my home when turned off. I asked what needed to be done, and he explained in detail. He also ensured me that it was not a major issue at this time, but could present a problem down the road. We agreed that I would contact him in the near future to fix that issue as well. At the end of this service call Quincy was kind enough to lower the original price he first quoted and of course I was thrilled beyond measure.

They basically some construction work, and they made some mistakes with the wiring of the thermostat of the heater, and he came in, Quincy, and diagnosed the problem, and he said what the problem was, the company's mistakes, he took care of it, and fixed the wiring, and it works perfectly. He is awesome. Very clean.

Excellent. Quincy returned my call and came out the same day. He Had to run out and get some replacement parts and returned promptly to finish repairs. Shower works good as new. I had used him in the past and again he was outstanding. Highly recommend.

He came by when he was going to and he hooked it all up. He showed me how everything worked and it works perfect. It took him about two hours to do the job.

Everything is really very friendly and he noticed that our steps needs repair and he gave us a reference a carpenter that he knows. He is always good to answer questions that we have. It is not like he wants to fix it and then if it breaks, he is just going to come back again. He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening. He is always good about if we do not want it happening again, he tells us to try X and try Y. So, that goes a long way. It is kind of entrusting somebody. They are not just going to take some cash and go. He has done a good job and it took him about two hours to clear the drain. It is not like we really shopped around. We just go right to them because we trust them. The reason I went to them in the first place is because they have a reasonable price. He came out here that day. He is always very responsive. He will even come out on the weekend. That is one thing I like about him. If I have an emergency, I can call him at 6 in the morning and he is out there that day unless he really cannot be. I feel like he is working all the time. I have rarely had a point where he said he cannot get there. At one time, he was on a big job and told me he would call me back and he did not, but that was a Friday, he came out that Saturday. He is there when he says he is going to be.

Perfectly. Quincy is great. He reviewed our old toilets which were slightly leaking and suggested they get replaced - they were more than 25 years old - no charge for this. We then set a date for replacing them and his work was professionally perfect.

Excellent. I called QNS at 8:00am on a Saturday morning. The call was quickly answered by the owner Quincy. After explaining that our water heater just broke Quincy said he could come to our home at noon. Quincy showed up exactly at noon and installed a new water heater with a new gas shut off valve in less than 2 hours. The price he quoted on the phone (after I sent photos of our broken water heater) was exactly what it was when the job was finished. What a relief to find an honest and professional plumber who did not take advantage of our emergency situation. If you want a dependable plumber with a fair price then hire QNS
