QNS replaced our 40-gallon water heater. During the quoting process he was very prompt in returning our calls and answering our questions. On the day of the replacement work, he arrived on time, did a good job, and left only a small amount of clean up for us. We have since used him to replace a bathroom faucet (which developed a minor leak, and he returned the first moment he could to address), and we plan on using him again to install the dishwasher that we are currently shopping for. Our town requires a permit for water heater installs. QNS took care of the permit application for us, which is appreciated, but it was delayed by several weeks due to his busy schedule. It was inconsequential in the grand scheme of things, but it did leave an item on our to-do list for longer than it should be.

They were excellent. I would use them again in the future and have referred several others.

Quincy was very prompt, gave a reasonable quote and provided the service the same day. We are very satisfied with the service and quality of his job.

Plumber arrived on time. Placed plastic mat from outside door to furnace room to protect carpet. He also wore plastic booties over shoes. The work was thoroughly done. As a result we now have almost immediate access to hot water without it going cold after a few minutes. The cost was highly competitive with quotes from other plumbers being as high as as twice the amount. I would highly recommend this plumber and have already used him again for other work that I needed done.

Called Quincy on Monday morning and he came out first thing the next day on time per the appointment that was set. I explained the issues we needed addressed and he immediately got to work explaining what corrective action he was taking. Very satisfied and he will be returning to fix a leak in our faucet upon arrival of the replacement parts we ordered from manufacturer that were free of charge.

I've used him before. He's great. I've had him out a few times. He's the only one I'll use. He's very fair with prices. The quality is excellent.

Quinncy came to my home the replace a leaky sprinkler valve and repair a faucet in the bathroom. Everything went well. He was very fast and very experienced. He also called before he arrived as I asked when I scheduled the appointment. I think the price is really fair too. Definitely will use him again for household plumbing needs.

We were having a slow moving bath tub drain and then finally, a totally clogged drain. I called Quincy on a Friday in the late morning and he told me he would be able to come between 3 and 5 pm. He arrived after 6 pm but called to let us know that he was running late. He snaked the drain but was having trouble moving the clog out. After much time and effort (Quincy did not give up trying to remove the clog almost two hours) he decided to drill a hole in the drain pipe in the basement where the clog was settling. He inserted the snake at the point where he drilled the hole and was able to move the clog through. He patched up the hole temporarily, and returned on another day to cut and replace the piece of pipe with the hole in it, with an "access pipe" which enables us to easily clean out the pipe in the event of another clog. Quincy was professional and kept any mess to a minimum and I would highly recommend him.

Found this provider on Angie's List about a year ago. Fixed my leaky toilet on time, efficiently, cleanly and reasonably. Called and explained what I needed done, and made an appointment for later in the week, with Quincy promising to call to confirm on the morning of the job. Phone rang promptly at 8AM and he was ready to go even though it was raining cats and dogs. I suggested we postpone due to weather. He said he would try to fit me in Fri afternoon. Sure enough, phone rang at 11AM Fri (yesterday) saying he was on his way. I needed the valve to my outside water replaced because it was failing to fully close. Problem was, a finished basement was installed around the valve without much access. I also needed my outside anti siphon valve re plumbed with quick disconnects so I could easily bring it indoors in light of our harsh winters of late. We agreed at a reasonable price plus the price of parts since we needed 3 brass unions that are not inexpensive and he got started. Well, what a PIA that valve in the ceiling turned out to be. Took him over 2 hours to replace a valve that should have taken 15 minutes had proper access been available. I realized at that time that when my sump pump failed a year ago, I used the flex hose to connect the new one instead of using the proper permanent PVC fittings. I asked him to take care of that and we would add it to the job (I didn't even ask for a price because I know his pricing is reasonable.) He made short order of that job and now my sump pump is properly installed. He took care of the outside plumbing, changing a broken valve out there and adding 2 brass couplings to facilitate easy installation and removal. He even fabricated a blow out plug that I could hook to my compressor to blow out my outside lines and sprinkler system. When all was done and I asked him what I owed, he said $200 + $60 for parts that he gave me the receipt for. The original agreed upon price even though he hooked up the sump pump at no charge and ran into major problems with that original valve. Quincy works clean and conscientiously. I will continue to use him for all my plumbing jobs, and highly recommend that you do the same.

He arrived on time and did a great job. It was a small bathroom, but he had no problem doing the work.

I went to my house to drop off the keys as I was selling it and the closing was the next day. On my last walk through I noticed water on the floor under the water heater. So I called Quincy (QNS). He came over that night shut everything off for me and came back in the morning and replaced it before 9:30 a.m. I had used QNS before and I didn't need to think twice about who to call, I can't imagine using anyone else... He's responsive, prompt, honest, reasonable, and does quality work. This guy is totally top notch!

I contacted QNS Plumbing to get an estimate on possibly having all of the plumbing in my home checked for possible blockage within both the sinks and the bathroom commodes. I had a couple of issues here and there in which I've either been able to use store brought products or a plumber to fix at the time. However, I recently noticed that the drains were very slow and the store brought products were not very effective. I left a message with QNS hoping I could get someone out who could fix the problem or provide me with a cost of what it would take to fix. I ended up calling QNS back the next day, because I had some free time off from work and was anxious to get an answer or at least an estimate. To be clear it was not yet even 24 hours since I had made the call and I did not state in my message it was an emergency. I was just trying to make good use of my time before I went back to work. Quincy answered my call. I explained to him my problem, and he immediately asked a series of questions with regards to the age of my home and the type of things I was noticing. He went on to advise me that based on the age and the piping within my home placing a snake through all my pipes could cause more damage than what I already had. He also informed me that some of those store products I had been using could be adding to the issue. Quincy suggested I try an environmental product that is safe on pipes and sewer systems. He uses it himself. He told me I could look it up on the Internet and I could buy it there if I could not find it in any stores. It appeared he may also sell this product, but he did not try to suggest I buy it from him. He said I should try it and then see if I noticed a difference. I did exactly what he said. I ordered the product online and got it within a day. Perfect! I immediately started using it on every drain system in my home. As the product suggested as well as what Quincy stated, I would need to utilize the product for 5 consecutive days to see real improvement. Right again. After about the 2nd day, I saw some improvement and after 5 days my drains are moving much faster than they were. I will need to do maintenance at least once a month, but it appears to be worth the cost. I brought 2 containers so I think I am good for quite awhile. Quincy provided outstanding customer service and never entered into my home nor took a dime from me. On the day we spoke he spent close to 15 minutes on the phone with me and was extremely professional. That's service! He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need or that could do more harm. I have other plumbing work I need (repositioning pipes,a new laundry sink installed, etc.). I will be calling Quincy!

Owner Quincy Spann came over as promised the next day after I called, even called ahead to say he could come earlier than planned and then did! He then promptly found a hard-to-find leak in my shower which had been frustrating my long-time handyman/friend and me for a week. It turned out to be a pinhole in a short stem pipe coming out of the bottom of the shower handle valve in the wall behind the shower. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and most important solved a stubborn problem and at a fair price. Solo owner-operator of this business, so you're not getting an inexperienced crew member. I will definitely use Quincy Spann again.

He was excellent! I had five different plumbers and he was the one that wasn't trying to sell me something but was actually trying to fix the problem. He was very honest, his pricing was extremely good, he did a great job and he was there on time.

It went very well. I originally had him come in to diagnose a problem, but I feel he was very reputable at troubleshooting without adding unneeded things. He gave a good honest opinion. It was just one worker. And I felt that he was prompt, and skilled.

They responded promptly, gave a great price, and did the work same day. Space was at a premium, and they told us the quality of their work would suffer if could not rip out more of the the piping. We asked them to do the best they could, and they did. That is the only reason the quality was not up to their usually high standards. Overall, very pleased.

They were in and out in less than three hours and the plumbing has been fine since. When we had questions, they answered clearly and without promises, which we liked. We have since used them for additional work and have been very happy.

OK so I had an issue and not much time to solve it in. I called a bunch of plumbers and then looked at Angies list and found this company and their reviews... This guy has such a great review but I was hesitant but needed the work done ASAP. Now I will stop calling him "this guy" and refer to him with his name, Quincy. I called him around 330-4 pm on a Sat night. Most plumbers couldn't come out until Sun or Mon. After calling about 5-6 plumbers who did not answer, Quincy answered. He listened to my issue and told me that he was on another job so it would be a few hours. I got a call about 8 letting me know he was on his way. Again, might be late for some people..but I called him last minute on a Saturday and he 100% was honest about it being a few hours... I agreed...SO far, everything was cool. Well Quincy showed up when he said he would and even brought a great partner.. His son. I wont go into much of that for privacy reasons but to me, as a teacher, to watch a dad work with his son and teach him was the coolest most comforting feeling about having this man in my home. (Fyi. son was probably a young teen and such a well respectable young man.. In uniform and was a great assistant to his dad.. Normally I wouldn't mention specifics, but it actually made me feel better and made me happy and knew Quincy was a great man just because he seemed like a great dad..Personally I loved it) On to the work. Quincy was at my home for 2 hours. I felt comfortable having him there as he was professional and ALWAYS let me know the next step. There were certain things that he could not fix (And these things were NOT in his control, they were in mine..out of the realm of plumbing duties) However he tried every angle to make sure that I knew what the problem was. Not only did he do that, but showed me everything and even advised me on how to get the best prices for what I need. What I needed was a part from the manufacturer of my bath spout thing. Nothing that the company itself (that I bought the bath spout from) might even have on hand, but regardless it is nothing that any plumber would have on hand. SO the work I thought I needed was not completed in a sense but SOLELY because it is NOT IN HIS HANDS. It was something that was out of his control or control of ANY plumber (my dad was a plumber for many years so I know)... But if Quincy didn't come I would never have realized what it was... And another company might have tried to sell me the stars...Quincy was sooo honest....He told me how to get the item cheap and even told me to call him back and he would install. If I called another company I would have been charges a LOT MORE for the work he did. He was so great and even gave me other options on getting the valve in another way. I felt he charged WAY less that he deserved and it bothers me now that I didn't think to just throw him more. Question: WIll I hire him again.. ANSWER: 100% YES! He was literally a lifesaver and honest and good and professional... I don't think I can give him enough praises. Angies list works and this is proof. If you hire Quincy, You really won't be disappointed. None of us want plumbing issues, but Quincy is the one to get the job done efficiently, and honestly...He is now going to be my go to plumber...

Repairs went well. Have worked fine since repaired. QNS Plumbing was very reasonable and professional.

Quincy did a professional job installing sump pump in existing drain hole and running pvc pipe thru foundation and along back garden to drain under fence.
