Description of Work: I really wanted to hire QNS, based upon a relative's good experience with him, to take care of several non-emergency plumbing jobs. I called and left a message on Monday. By Wednesday, I had not heard back, so I called and left a second message. It's now been a full week, and I've still heard nothing, so it's back to searching on Angie's. If they weren't available or didn't want to take the job, they could at least tell me so.

Description of Work: I had some leaky pipes in my basement and had to shut the water off. I called Quincy around 8:00am and he said he could be here between 10:30 & 11:00am. He called back again and said he could be at my house earlier and was that ok with me. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He gave me a reasonable estimate so I had him fix the pipe that was leaking. He did a good job and I would hire him again

Description of Work: The owner was extremely responsive and professional. I contacted them at the last minute and spoke with Quincy. He was able to schedule a last minute appointment. Although, I resolved the issue before Quincy could come, I will definitely consider them for future business.

Description of Work: Called QNS Plumbing to fix my leaking drain pipe in my basement. It was a Sunday and Quincy arrived on time and did a terrific job. He is knowledgable and answered every question I had asked. He also did not deviate from the quote he gave me. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again if I ever need plumbing services.

Description of Work: It was a while ago so I am sorry I can not remember the exact date and the exact amount paid. Quincy was absolutely professional and courteous. He came over late in the evening the same day I called him and by the end of the week my work was completed. I call him for all my plumbing issues now.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate to clean out the sewer line (and nothing else). I see that for other customrs, the price was around $100-$200. Guy on the phone asked me where I was located. Once I told him it was in Summit NJ, he said that the price would be $420. I got the sense that the prices vary depending on the neighborhood (i.e. whether it's an expensive neighborhood or not). He would not budge on price (for basic drain clean out), so I said thanks, but no thanks.

Description of Work: Two year old toilet was leaking from the tank and the floor seal was broken. (a repeating problem because the floor tile was not level) Quincey solved both problems and it should hold up.
