Description of Work: I called Quincy to replace a couple of leaking pipes in my basement (one of which he discovered and I wasn't aware of). He was polite, professional, and punctual, and explained clearly what he was going to do, and did a good job of it (I haven't had any problems relating to those pipes since then). I didn't get competing quotes for the job at the time, but based on a casual online search, his price seemed reasonable. All in all, I was very satisfied, and would recommend his services highly.

Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater with new, larger unit and installed automatic shutoff. Quincy was very nice and easy to work with. He scheduled the installation and did the job quickly and professionally. I think he gave us a decent price, but not the lowest we could have gotten, but I feel comfortable that he did a good job and so was comfortable spending a little extra to ensure the job was done well and we selected the appropriate equipment.

Description of Work: I had 2 visits. On the 1st visit I was given my options and chose the lesser cost (at recommendation of the manufacturer), unfortunately the repair didn't last and I needed them for a second visit. QNS came out immediately and rectified the problem and very kindly and appreciated gave me a credit for the previous visit! I highly recommend this company!!!

Description of Work: we used QNS last year and really liked him. Although he didnt perform any services, he told me we just needed to replace a faucet. We now have some more serious issues and we can not get a repsonse from them for an appointment. Im certain it is who books him not Quincy himslef.
