Description of Work: the price rose tremendously on the day of install because he needed to rework exhaust piping. I think he could have given us a more accurate bid then he did. But my main issue is it was a gas water heater and he did no seal the gas line connection. we made two phone calls to pseg about the smell of gas in our home before they realized it was coming from the new water heater. pseg fixed it and said there was no seal or sealant on the threads. I hope it was just an oversight, and not how he typically installs them, but I don't know and I wouldn't chance it. Gas leaks are a serious issue.

Description of Work: Quincy has done other plumbing jobs for us. He installed 3 faucets in our bathroom. He was on time, job was done correctly and price was right. I would suggest he put on booties while working.

Description of Work: Toilet leaking through floor into basement. After saying they had no appointments available that day they asked if I would be home end of day or evening. I said yes and he arrived around 3pm. Seal and phalange was broken so he had to go to supply store before 4pm to get part. He did and by 5:30 things were fixed. Very happy and he made an effort to clean up afterwards.

+ -1 moreThe guys are very reliable. They looked sure of what they were doing and were good at it. It was nice just to have the shower running again like it is supposed to is great. They did a very good job cleaning up and putting the pipes back without having to do much damage to the walls.
Description of Work: I needed them to come over and clean up some clogged pipes I had in one of the showers. It took them about three hours to get the job done and I think that they just removed the pipes did some kind of water or air cleaning and just put them right back.
