I found them on Angie's List. I have got to say that he is excellent in every category. The cost was perfect and just what I wanted to pay. I had got other estimates that were outrageous. He came out right away and diagnosed what needed to be done. I also had other things around my house that he looked at. Other plumbers had told me that I had to do this and replace that and tear down stuff and things like that, but he just came and fixed it. I have a great plumber now. He is prompt and fair and gets the job done. It was a very good experience and I recommend him to everybody.

Quincy had done work for me about a week earlier...see my report....Well on July 4th Quincy out did himself this time! I came home the evening of July 3 to find a leak in the basement and some water on the floor. I couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. I called Quincy and he answered the phone! He said he would come the next morning which happened to be July 4th! He came as he said he would, and fixed the leak and did not charge me. He is an exceptional person and you will find a very positive experience if you hire him.

Quincy was fantastic. Came out to look at the job and provided a quote on the work with some recommendations on how to resolve a plumbing problem I had caused when I installed the sink. We agreed to the price and the date he would do the work. In both cases, the coming out to see the job and the day he came to do it he was exactly on time. The time he quoted for the job was right on the money (5 hours). The workmanship was excellent and he did several things that he did not need to do but were good to correct. Very professional and he went the extra mile, I was extremely pleased. Just a note: I have always been leery of contractors and the quality of their work. I have now used 3 recommendations from Angie's list and all three were outstanding!

Wow. He is not only the best plumber but the best serviceman I have ever had. Quincy is so patient, he explains everything clearly. There is not a question you can ask him that he can't answer, in a way that the lehman can understand. He knew before he took the toilet off what was wrong and what had happened in the past. He is just unbelieveable.

My disposal had been on its last leg for about 10 years, so when it finally died I knew it was time to replace, not repair. I called a plumber (Chapman Bros) who I've used for years, but recently not that enamored with, and the office called me back but I never got a requested follow up call from a plumber. I had questions about the cost and what kind of disposal was recommended. I called a few nearby plumbers who were highly rated. Quincy answered his phone and spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with me as I looked up different brands/models on the internet. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. He was advising, not selling. It was between 2 models and he agreed to pick up both and come by that night to install. He was on time and installed the disposal in about an hour. The price was $30 less than what he quoted me on the phone plus he gave me another $20 off because of the AL coupon. Quincy was very professional, likable, prompt, and more competitively priced than others. What more could you ask for?

Quincy is absolutely terrific! He arrived on time for the scheduled free estimate for several jobs, which was on a weekend-a Friday evening which when I was available. He then fixed a toilet seat and clogged bathroom sink drain on the spot! I was very surprised and very pleased that he took his time to do this since the appointment was for an estimate only and I did not expect him to take his time on the spot to do repairs. What a gem he is! He then came back the very next day, on a Saturday, to do the main work which was in the basement so that I could begin using my new washer right away. He also did other minor jobs while he was here that he did not charge me for such as he secured my dryer hose with a clamp that had been disconnected from the dryer, secured a hanging pipe above the dryer, and secured the washer hose into the water drain pipe. He also looked at a few other minor plumbing related problems and gave his professional advice such as the showerhead and faucet in the bathroom, and how to get the garden hose through the wall of the house as other houses have, so I could water plants in the front. Quincy was professional, punctual, clean, and left no mess behind. I felt confident with him and will hire him again, and will recommend him to friends and family. He is A+ in my book.

I bought a new Faucet from L***S and he was able to install it. He also fixed a leak that he noticed. He took his time and did very professional work. This guy is good! I will do buisness with him again.

He was very good. He told us exactly what the problem was. Instead of cutting open the entire roof and ceiling, he told us where to plug the hole so that the water doesn’t drip down,hence all I needed was to put a sealant there and that saved us lot of money. They were extremely professional and extremely good. . He was very quick to respond and he came in the next day .

Quincy was very professional, and easy to do business with. The moen cartridge in the bathtub faucet broke when he tried to remove it (I had previously been unable to remove it myself), so it took some extra effort for him to remove it. He also gave an estimate of $250 to replace the main cold water shut off valve to the house, which presently leaks only when shut off. He said his repairs have a 90 day guarantee, and to call with any questions or problems. I was very satisfied with the service, and would not hesitate to call him again if I need additional work done.

Excellent service by a real nice professional plumber. Had to put faucet in twice, a different faucet the second time as original new faucet was manufacturer defective. Also installed some new flooring under the sink as the old floor was water damaged in the past and broke when leaned on. Pressure bell regulator was installed to stop knocking in the pipes whenever the water was turned on from any faucet in the house. Faucet turn valves were defective and replaced with new gate valves on the water main entry point. Plumber explained everthing clearly and it was a very pleasant experience. I would use him again for any future plumbing problems.

They were pretty good and really nice. The amount of time he took to come and fix the issues was good, even though he had to make one or two extra trips to come and correct things that were not done the way I wanted them to be done. They were pretty reasonable versus other providers that I had looked into. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Replaced an old water heater. Explained what needed to be done and was very patient answering any questions I had. Very professional and did not rush me into buying and explained all thoroughly. Also encouraged me to get second estimate.

I did like the service. I liked the contractor. I would like to recommend the company, but the price was a sticker shock.

Called and came to my home within 2 hours as promised. Already had a water heater gotten from a relative in the plumbing supply business and QNS agreed to install it. Several other plumbers would not install a water heater not purchased from them. Completed the work promptly and at the price agreed. Obtained the city permit and dropped it off a week later. Work was very satisfactory. He also hauled away the new water heater packing and the old water heater. Overall a very good experience.

A breath of fresh air, Quincy went above and beyond and cleaned up after himself. I would recomend him for any plumbing job.

He was prompt and provided prompt service. He seemed to have done a quality job but the work was just done two days ago. Everything was good. We didn't get multiple estimates but the price seemed fair.

Quincy is very professional, responsive, polite and knowledgable. He returned my phone call within 24 hours and quoted a very competitive price. Once we scheduled the job, he was right on time and cleaned up the place after the work was completed. I know it is very hard to find a reliable plumber who won't exploit your desperate situation. I am very happy with his job. He knows his stuff. While he was here he gave me an estimate for replacing my powderroom sink with a new pedastal sink (and faucet). Again, his quote was very competitive. I am certainly going to use him for all my future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for any plumbing work.

Quincy arrived punctually for the estimate and for the work. He had to move the stove to look at the gas line, and did his best when he moved it back to fix one of the stove legs and level it for me. Written confirmation of the entire job was provided at the end of the estimate, and I hired him within a day or two. He again arrived punctually for the job, and he spent a good few hours on the gas line and drain pipe. He also tilted the drain pipe to ensure a better flow. Overall, excellent work. Extremely professional and took his time to get things done right. Prices were about standard for the tasks from the quotes I got, but he offered a discount for multiple jobs.
