Was on time, professional and courteous.

Called and made an appointment with no problem. QNS showed up within the target time. We agreed on a price and he went to work. He was careful to remove the current faucet without damaging anything. It had been in place for a long time and many of the connections were rusted so it wasn't a simple unscrew and pop out. Once he had put in the new faucet I checked the connections and the operation of the faucet it was working fine. It's been a few weeks now and I haven't seen any leaks. The faucet itself did have an issue which I fixed with a replacement part from Moen. It was a good experience overall. On top of that QNS gave me a discount coupon which I had forgotten about so it was a nice surprise when the bill was finally written up.

Came promptly when promised. Quoted fair price. Spoke to my husband over the phone a couple of times when I could not explain the problem. Completed the job and demonstrated operation of device. Knowledgeable, personable, courteous and neat. Will definitely use him again!

Quincy said he could come to give us an estimate on Monday between 4:30 and 6:30 and he arrived promptly at 4:30. He said he could do the job on Thursday and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was here for 4 hours and did an excellent job! He is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He is also very willing to explain everything to you. We had recently new faucet handles on this sink and another plumber wanted to scrap them. Quincy saw no reason to do that, so he was definitely not out to have us spend more than we needed to. Overall we couldn't be happier. He will certainly be the one I'll call with any future plumbing issues!! Keep up the good work, Quincy!!

I have used QNS before and was 100% satisfied. Quincy did it again! He has been consistently reliable, and professional. I had water in the basement and called QNS. Quincy came right over and it turned out to be a backed up sewer with sewer water overflowing in the basement. Quincy did his professional assessment of the situation, and fixed the problem. He is A+ on all counts.

When no one showed up on the scheduled appointment date, I sent them an email. They called back to apologize and said that there was some confusion in scheduling. They then gave me another appointment at my convenience. Quincy, the plumber, was on time and checked everything.

I moved into a new condo and needed the the latest shower faucet instead of three valve existing one. Out of the 3 plumbers who gave me the estimate Quincy's was by far the least. He came at the appointed time and finished the work in 3 hours. I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

Quincy gave me a fair estimate and did everything he said he would. He explained what he was doing and why. I have bought a fixer upper and have been replacing everything. I needed to replace the hot water heater. I also wanted to put a shut off valve on the washer and change the hoses to braided steel. I also converted my electric stove connection to gas. I had a leak under the sink and my hose in the garage was leaking. Everyone else gave me an estimate on all these things but Quincy told me the hose just needed a washer and since it was a brand new hose there it was on the floor and he fixed it right there and then. He also fixed the leak as part of the job. He is very thourough and honest. Can't say enough good things about him.

Quincy is one of the good guys. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. As a matter of fact he did close the loop @ no cost.

The company is prompt, professional and responded immediately to my call. I had never used the company before but decided to try them based upon the Angie's List reviews. Great experience.

The valve to shut off the water to the toilet tank was not working; water filled the toilet tank even after I turned off the value. My neighbor came to help me and after he left I saw a slow leak above the nut that sat just above the shutoff valve. I now had two problems. Called Quincy (the Q in QNS) and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. He came back a few days later and fixed everything and honored the Angie's list coupon I found on the site. He even showed me where the shutoff value for all the water in my condo was located. He was professional, polite, and pleasant. I'm recommending him to my mom to fix some problems she has been ignoring.

wanted to replace the builders cheap sumpump and cover. Called a couple of plumbers and decided to go with QNC because he was resonable and on Angies list. QNC plumbing was excellent.

Quincy worked on Friday to place the vents through the attic roof. He returned on Saturday to unclog the kitchen drain and repair the leaking joint under the sink. Quincy also replaced my battery for my sump pump. I am pleased with Quincy's work.

Quincy was excellent. Very nice guy. Arrived right on time, gave me a very fair quote and was ready to do the work right then which he did. Everything works great and I recommended him to my neighbor already. It's nice to have a plumber I know I can call when I need one.

I spoke with Quincy (I think I woke him up), he was very polite and came earlier than the time given. I showed him the problem and Quincy went above and beyond the call when it came to locating the required part. The install went smoothly. Quincy was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire him again. I recommend him highly.

Quincy is outstanding. When I called him I explained what we needed and also explained that we had an undermount sink that had come lose from the granite countertop and needed to be fixed. He immediately explained that I needed to get in touch with the granite installer to have them fix the problem. At his suggestion we followed up with the installer and the problem was addressed. Quincy came out on a Sunday evening and disconnected the sink disposal and the faucet so that the sink could be re-affixed to the granite on Monday morning. Hethen came back to install the sink disposal, faucet, and dishwasher several days later. He is thorough, efficient, and professional. He explains everthing and makes you feel comfortable. In the past my husband had always done these jobs, However he has aged and no longer feels comfortable (nor agile enough) to complete these repairs. We have found our plumber! Thank you, Quincy!

Quincy arrived at the scheduled day (and on time), he gave an estimate of $240.00 which was the best one I've received. I accepted his estimate, and he went right to work. He removed the old plumbing and repositioned the new plumbing exactly where we wanted it. He installed the new fixtures and tested them in a timely manner, and took the time to explain how everything worked. He cleaned the work area before he left, from start to finish he was real easy to work with. I would definitely call him again for any plumbing jobs in the future .

He charged me $150 but I had a $20 coupon from Angie's List so I paid $130 plus taxes. He is very good and he gave me advice on how to control the leak which actually worked. I was very pleased with him and he showed up on time as agreed. He gave me a price before he got here and that exactly what it was. He did an excellent job. I would use him again.

The problem was not identifiable without detailed investigation so he said he would send an estimate for "search and explore" in two days by email. Have not received anything or heard back from him since. Follow-up calls were not pick-up and VMs were not acknowledged or responded to. after i rated the service, quincy sent me the estimates right away which apparently went to a wrong email address previously but by then I had already hired Jay Johnson. After the expereince with jay Johnson and comparing the limited expereince between the two, I think, Quincy would have been more thorough in the initial diagnosis with appropriate repairs put in place the first time around.

Quincy came to look over the job and give us a quote. We thought his price was very fair and we liked the fact that he talked us through what he had to do. We needed to do a few things before he could do the plumbing, so we called him about a week later to schedule an appointment for him to do the work. He came, finished the work within a few hours, and talked me through all that he had done. His work was neat, he was on time, and he stayed within the price he quoted to us. We are very happy customers. We will use him the next time we have a plumbing project and I have already recommended him to others.

After reading a number of positive reports, I called Quincy to get an estimate for a couple of plumbing issues I needed resolved. I was pleased to reach him and set up a convenient time for an estimate. I felt he spent enough time needed to understand the problems and even suggested a cheaper alternative to how I thought I was going to route and add a spigot. Agreeing to the work, I was glad that Quincy was able to schedule a time in the early evening to accomodate my work schedule. Overall I am very happy with his work. He arrived on time, worked neatl,y and didnt seem to rush or cut any corners. Everything is clean and working fine. Would definitely call him for any plumbing issues I encounter in the future

It went really well. Called Quincy on a Thursday, and he was at my house on a Friday checking what the problem was. He fixed the leak issue pretty quickly, and scheduled pipe replacement for the Friday afterwards (Its Summer, so it wasnt urgent to get the furnace working) Today he came over and replaced the pipes and installed the water flow device... No hassles whatsoever... It was a great price, and was handled professionally and pleasantly. Would definitely hire him again... Actually I already booked him for some other small plumbing issue in a few weeks...
