Quincy did a great job. He was easy to get in touch with on a Saturday even though I ordered the job in the late afternoon, and there was no extra charge. He gave a good and fair price for the water heater and for the the upgrade to the plumbing and vent work that I needed. (I had called around PSE&G, HomeDepot, 1-800-Heater.) He did not charge an extra processing fee to apply for the permit I need here in Edison. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to me. I would definitely hire him again and would highly recommend him to others. One note - His AngiesList listing is not up to date. He gave me $25.00 off for finding him on AngiesList and doesn't take credit cards.

We have used him a number of times. He came promptly within a few hours to replace it. He was great. We have used him since, a few times, and we have had nothing but good experiences with QNS. I think, like, he has the most reviews under plumbing in that area. Quincy is the owner. He came about 6:00 at night to replace the water heater. He brought the hot water heater with him.

I am very comfortable with their technicians. They do great work and are very trustworthy.

First, I had an emergency with a failed gas water heater, which Quincy replaced. Second, since he was here, I asked him also to replace an old sump pump. He arrived promptly and took the time to explain what my options were and what their costs would be. He answered my questions clearly and directly. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. The work seemed to go well, and that was confirmed later when he had finished. He delivered on what he had promised, and added some additional touches I hadn't expected, without upping the quoted price. Quincy is a real pro. He takes pride in his work, justifiably so. He did what he said he'd do, and more. I've checked and confirmed that his prices were upfront and fair. We're going to do some remodeling and for sure we'll want Quincy to handle the plumbing.

Excellent. Quincy arrived promptly and worked on my drains for a while. Our kitchen drain was totally clogged and he worked on it until it was running smoothly. Now all my drains are running better. Quincy is the only plumber we like to work with.

I did not hire this company because I found a different solution to my plumbing problem. I am writing a review nevertheless because they were very helpful, courteous and professional when I talked to them several times on the phone today. Today is a Saturday and they responded quickly and impressed me as the kind of business I want to work with.

The plumber was very prompt on scheduling the appointment as well as provided accurate estimate based on pictures I sent over the email. Arrived exactly on time as we've agreed. Besides the fact it took little bit shorter time than estimated, I loved that all work was done with covering the surface, even shoes were covered. After the plumber left, I had to do nothing afterwards. I'm really impressed how smoothly all went. Actually, just to write this feedback, took me pretty same amount of time as it took me to arrange the appointment and get the estimate.

I had QNS install a septic pump he did a very good job. After several months the pump went bad (It shouldn't have it was too new. I made every attempt to contact Quincy with no success. I left so may messages, I memorized his number. I was very very disappointed. Even if he did not want to do work for me , he could have called back. VERY unprofessional.

Quincy is great. Knowledgeable, honest and gets the job done at a very reasonable price. We recently had our bathroom updated. The contractor shifted the radiator causing leaks at the pipes in basement leading to the radiator. They tried fixing it three times but could not. I got fed up and decided to call a professional. That professional was Quincy. He came and quickly fixed the leak. He replaced the pipes and joints causing leak that the contractor had damaged. He then bled the furnace and radiators ensuring everything was in proper working order. Will definitely be the first call I Mae in the future for any plumbing or heating needs, Many thanks!

QNS made a house call the same evening I called fora backed up toilet that had been giving us problems for months. While we thought there was some greater plumbing issue - QNS told us it was a much simpler fix that didn't require his services. So, QNS made time to come check out our problem the same day I called, honestly evaluated the problem, and didn't even charge us for his time. Should we need plumbing services in the future - I would definitely call QNS again.

I called on a Saturday afternoon panicking since the hot water heater was leaking and we just noticed it. Quincy was on another job finishing up and said he would come over to check out the leak. He was amazed that our 20+ year heater was still hanging in there, but the leak needed to be addressed and a new water heater was definitely needed. Quincy said he would come back with a new water heater and if we wanted he would come back late that evening. We decided to wait until the next morning, so Quincy was back by 9:30 am on Sunday morning and replaced the old water heater. The old heater was full of mineral deposits so draining the old tank was a challenge in itself! Quincy kept working until the job was complete and cleaned up afterwards. Quincy is very professional and knowledgeable and we highly recommended his services.

This is the third time (twice in 2014 and once in Jul 2015) that I had received services from Quincy and each time he did an excellent job. He is always on time, professional, and the quality of his work stands with time. I wonder why he did not receive the 2014 service award, since one plumber who received such award last year did a poor and expensive job at my home in Apr 2015.

Good quality plumbers are really hard to find. Quincy is by far, the best quality person we have ever had and we have had multiple ones. It is as honest as it comes, not afraid to tell you how to fix things on your own, and he would even be detailed in that. He even let us know about how to get free parts!! Simple things that everyone is entitled too, but no one knows! He even came one time, we didn't get the right parts, and he didn't even charge us for the time spent here (about 1hr). Always was prompt, ontime, returned call. Never had a problem reaching him or scheduling anything. I will never use a different plumber again and will recommend him to everyone. If you need a plumber, don't settle for anything less than great, and use Quincy.

Quincy came as promised and did a great job diagnosing the problem and finding the cause of the leak. He then stated that he would need to set up an appointment to return and fix the problem. I was expecting to be fit into the schedule sometime in the future as it was not an emergency. Was very pleased when he stated "How about I come back tonight at 6pm." He returned at that time and corrected the problem with no damage to the walls. Great work Would recommend his service to all.

I had a leak from my main toilet downstairs in the basement. I called QNS to evaluate. Quincy came at the promised time. He clearly explained the issue and offered multiple solutions with pros and cons for each scenario. I ultimately went with his recommended solution. The leak stopped and the problem was fixed. After he left I noticed that the toilet was a little bit wobbly. I called him to let him know. He came back promptly and fixed it immediately. Few screws needed extra tightening. I really liked the follow-up service as usually service providers don't care after they get paid. But Quincy's after sales service was terrific.I would highly recommend him.

.Quincy replace the leaking copper drain pipe and replaced it with pvc. He actually quoted one price, but after the work was complete, it ended up being even less! Awesome service and a genuine concern for my house while he was working. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any plumbing work needed.

Quincy moved the pipes, installed the valves quickly and efficiently. He double-checked that the pipes were well sealed and fastened down properly. I feel as though he treated this job as though he was working on his own home! That's exactly the kind of person you need to handle work for you!

I called QNS and spoke with Quincy; I explained the work we needed done and set an appointment for him to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, for the estimate, and after reviewing our project, let me know that he would send the estimate by the next morning. The estimate was in my inbox when I woke up. I compared QNS's proposal to three others I received; QNS was not the cheapest but there was something in the professional way that Quincy presented himself that made me feel confident that the work would be done the correct way and that there would be no surprises or additional charges. We set an appointment for him to come and do the work; he showed up on time and went about explaining how the work would be done. After he was finished, he brought us to each part of the project and explained what was done and showed the features like shut-off valves and how the outside faucets worked.
