I will DEFINTELY use this company in the future! I called last week because I thought we had a small leak in one of our bathrooms. It was not an urgent issue so I scheduled for this week. He arrived on time, did a thorough examination and provided feedback. He didn't think there was a major problem and made a few suggestions to potentially avoid issues in the future (looks like child just overflowed tub/shower) Rather than undergo tearing up floors and walls he suggested methods of prevention and ways to monitor to be sure there was not a further issue. He could have easily told me he needed to do some work but clearly chose the honest route! A true professional Update: We actually had Quincy come back and do some additional work. He replaced a toilet for us. HIs price was very reasonable his work is very well done and he is very pleasant to deal with. He will be coming back int he near future to update a water line to our refrigerator as well. We are very happy that we found Quincy on Angie's List

I had an excellent experience with QNS, who was the top rated plumber on Angie's list in my zip code. I was dismayed to discover my water heater was leaking. Quincy gave me a rough estimate on the phone, came the same day for an actual estimate and installed the new boiler the next day. He replaced some feeder (return?) pipes with copper and upgraded the older vent pipe with a larger diameter to meet current code. QNS was neat and the basement was cleaned up after the work. He also quite nicely gave me some advice on grout vs. caulk in the bathroom. The entire experience was pleasant, considering one of my major appliances had failed, and stress free. I had gotten some other verbal general estimates, and QNS was right in line or a little less expensive. I chose him based on his Angie's LIst rating and his prompt visit for the estimate, and I'm quite glad I did. Also I got an Angie's list discount that I wasn't expecting. Not only is the water heater fixed, but now I feel like I have an honest reliable plumber in the event something breaks in the future.

Quincy was very respectful and laid back. He didn't charge for the initial visit since he could do nothing without the needed replacement parts. When the parts arrived I notified him and he scheduled the repair visit. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to keep the appointment on the scheduled day because of a problem with an ongoing job. He came the following day and completed the repair in no time. He applied the Angie's List discount to the bill. Was very careful and neat, made no mess. It was a simple job that I could probably have done myself had I known a little more about the workings of the faucet. Next time I will do it myself, but I had no problems with his abilities or billing.

Not responsive - did not return my phone call

He showed up on time. He immediately put covers on his shoes, even before he came into the garage. He was courteous, professional, and informative. He helped us solve the problem. Turns out the leak was from a past problem, the toilet was not currently leaking. He gave us some suggestions and prices for new toilets, but he didn't even charge us for the visit. We will definitely use him in the future!

Very punctual, very courteous and VERY VERY CLEAN!!! They new what they were doing. Would use them in a heartbeat.

He was on time and professional. When I told him I found him on Angie's list, he said he had a coupon, and applied it without me having to print it out. He gave a 90 day warranty on the job. I was pleased with the service.

Quincy came first to see the problem, told us how we could contact the manufacturer in order to get the part free which we did. Once the part was in, we notified him. He returned to install it. Everything works well now.

He didn't charge me for the service. He was courteous and prompt.

He found the place of the leak, behind the wall in our bathroom on the floor above. He was very professional, explaining what he had to do. Did a very nice job and cleaned the area involved. Price was very reasonable for the time involved. Would recommend him to all.

One of the best service providers I have come across. We live in an old house - Quincy noted several issues that he recommended we address to mitigate risk of future problems. He found past mistakes and corrected them. I called him the evening after his initial visit to discuss problems we were having. Quincy returned the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue that was affecting all of the plumbing in the house, which was caused by the increased water pressure. He spent several hours cleaning out the various faucets so now everything works. I have asked him to help us with a new home water filter/softener.

The provider came during the window he provided, explained how he will proceed and solve the problem, and it worked. No leak and he was done in less than an hour.

I called a couple of plumbers from AL and Quincy was the first to return my call. He came to my house right on time and was able to repair the leak quickly. I was very pleased with his work and have asked him for an estimate on a new project.

Quincy is highly reviewed here in Angieslist and he proved that correct. He did a very quality and professional job replacing our two toilets (we went for an expensive version - Toto) and the price was a bit steep, but it looks great at the end of the day. I'd highly recommend Quincy for any Plumbing work.

I can't say enough good things about the owner Quincy. We had a leak and rather than going the more expensive route to fix he suggested a lower price option. He was a person who truly cared about doing the repair correctly going that extra mile, even though it took more time (he gave me a fixed price so more time meant he got less per hour). After working with him I can see why he got so many great ratings. Highly recommended

Quincy immediately repaired a leaky gasket that two previous (and Costly) plumber's visits did not correct. He DID NOT CHARGE for the repair.

When I called he came out on the same day. He arrived within the time frame he gave me. He knew exactly what to do and it was fixed.

We are new home owners and had problems with our water heater the first weekend in our new home. We reached out to Quincy Sunday evening and he agreed to stop by our home on Monday to trouble-shoot. He quickly resolved our issue and did not charge us for his visit. We were impressed and decided that we needed to replace our nearly 20 year old water heater and that Quincy was the person to do the job. The install went very well and as planned. We also needed to install a new laundry hook-up for our new washer and gas dryer and we again had Quincy work on the install. He also replaced emergency shut-off valves on our main water line into our home. Quincy worked very hard and did a great job all-around. We highly recommend QNS Plumbing!

I called QNS ans scheduled a free estimate, he showed up on time and with no service call charge, he gave me an estimate which is a fraction of what i received from another provider. he few days later and showed up on time performed the job and few more little jobs, it went great and I totally recommend him and I would use him in the future.

He Unclogged drain so that it no longer floods the kitchen. He even dug up the drain hole in the back to find an outlet - free of charge. He surpassed our expectations.

It is very hard to rate this company since they did not have the courtesy to return several calls we made to them. It is amazing that so many people had such good things to say about them. Would not contact this company again!!!

I was away and I received calls from 2 of my neighbors telling me that there was a lot of water pumping out of my house. I rushed home to find that my water heater broken and was gushing out water. At the time, I was not a member of Angie's List, so I called a friend to find out if she had a plumber she would recommend. She told me she was a member of Angie's List and that she had used QNS Plumbing. She said that she was very happy with Quincy's work. I called QNS and Quincy came out the next day and replaced my water heater. I do not remember the cost but I remember feeling that it was extremely reasonable. In fact, I remember being very happy with the price, the quick response to my phone call, and the quality of the work. Overall, I was very impressed with Quincy's quality of work and professionalism. I have used him again since and have been very happy with his work. It was because my friend's recommendation of QNS Plumbing and the quality of Quincy's work that I decided to join Angie's List myself.

This is the 2nd time I've use QNS Plumbing. The toilets were old, so Quincy had to locate the correct parts. Finished both toilets in about 2 hours. He is a pleasure to deal with.
