The QNS Plumbing proprietor (Quinn) arrived at my house on the date when he said he could come and just a few minutes before the time he said he would. He was very courteous, respectful, informative and took great care to keep the work area and other access areas of the house clean. He did the work quickly and thoroughly and gave me a discount for using Angie's List. I chose to use QNS/Quinn based on many other positive reviews on Angie's List and so did not compare prices for the work done. However, the price I paid seemed reasonable for the scope of the work and I would not hesitate to hire Quinn again for any future plumbing needs.

Quincy is, by no doubt, the nicest, most professional and trustworthy plumber I have ever used. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I had originally scheduled the service appointment to have my shower drain cleared. When QNS arrived, the drain appeared fine and was fixable by simply moving the drain lever. I then asked him to look at a toilet that would run on its own througout the day. He replaced the stopper and adjusted it so it would stop running. When he was preparing to leave, he said he wouldn't charge for the part for the toilet because it was very inexpensive and was a simple repair, and wouldn't charge for the shower drain either since it wasn't a true problem. He also didn't charge any visit or service fee for his time. He gave me his card and said to call if the shower does act up in the future. He was businesslike, efficient, and knowledgable. I was very impressed with the level of service, and amazed that he waived the charge when he discovered it wasn't a real issue, even though he had taken the time to come check it out.

I had clogged sewer line in basement during thanksgiving weekend. Water all over the place. Quinn came down in short notice, did a snake to clean up. Things worked for a day. Next day, same issue. However, he promptly came down same evening, and did longer snake and cleaned up the clog. No problem since. He did not charge me for second time. He sounded very knowledgeable and definitely reliable. I'm looking to bring him back to do faucets for my bathrooms.

Quincy repaired aleak from a bathroom which poured down to the kitchen ceiling. He replaced a burst pipe. I would only be able to utilize his services again if he relocated to FL. where we now reside.

The plumber was knowledgable and professional. I had a list of things I needed done and he thoroughly explained each fix and laid out my cost options before starting. I feel he was very thorough and I am very happy with the work that was done. In the past I have gone with a more well known plumbing company, and I felt much more confident with QNC. I thought his pricing was very reasonable, as well. He fixed two sinks and a toilet for less than the price of the other company changing a light switch, no lie.

Quincy was helpful with comments and suggestions. He arrived when he said he would and was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He honored his original estimate, even though he ran into slight problem that caused him to spend more time than he probably anticipated. I plan to use his services in the future.

Quincy was wonderful. He inspected my leaking toilet and determined that it needed a new clamp. He replaced it and didn't even charge me. I would definitely use him again.

When they sent the email with the estimate, my husband said that it was way to high and I was disappointed because I really liked them. I would probably use him for something smaller. He came when he was supposed to. He was very professional and he knew his stuff. We were really pleased with him as a person and the way he presented his business. Everything was good except for the price.

I've used Quincy a few times now and his work on this job was no exception to the way he normally does his work. He was punctual and professional. His estimate was spot on, and he went above an beyond to make sure the job gets done the right way no matter how many times he has to come out to the house. The install went great (in conjunction with the electrical contractor we chose).

First of all he was on time, very polite, explain everything to me, cleaned up after himself, yes I would definitely use Quincy again, he is my Plummer!!

Service started sharply on the earlier agreed time and despite serious obstacles it has been completed during the very resonable time frame and also price.

I called for an evaluation on a couple of leaking faucets and slow drains. Laundry room drain was snaked and leak under the kitchen sink was solved all for a good price including my Angie's List coupon! Was extremely pleased with the service and will definitely use this service again. Highly recommended!

Overall the professionalism was great. I always appreciate when the repair person make sure that everything cleanup before leaving the job. This is the way this person was and I will take that in consideration for the next time.

Plumber stopped over and immediately identified the issue and recommended a carpenter. Very professional.

Investigated leak in my kitchen ceiling piping. Cut the cardboard, fixed the leak in a difficult to reach area.

QNS is a one man operation and Quincy is great to work with. Gave me lots of options. Was always here on-time. Everything was cleaned up when done. Could not have asked for a better job.
