"First, he gave me an estimate and stated repairs he would perform and did not. Second, we scheduled a day and time and he decided to change the time the day before. He did the job with no care or pride in work and then on the same day of repair he decided to tell me he had to come back to finish. We then scheduled it for two weeks later because he said he was going on vacation. He never called or showed up. He took my my money and ran. Horrible workmanship and customer service! Avoid this guy!! See attached photos."

I really am convinced that he DOES NOT know how to fix it. So we are stuck with a leaking door. He also does not take criticism well. The shower he tiled was so bad, we had to have it redone.
