In 2007 with a gift of a truck from my grandmother I started doing odd jobs for people Trimming hedges, mowing lawns, Moving tile upstairs, Cleaning up construction sites we did what ever it took to fill our customers need until 2011 when with help from my aunt I formally opened Rovell Property Services as a Landscaping and Snow Removal company though we still do the odd Jobs our main focus has become quality Landscaping and Property Maintenance Solution Unfortunately Aunt D. Passed away in 2012 from Breast Cancer at that time we changed to our signature Pink Shirts. In 2015 the company moved to its new 30 acre Headquarters located in Beautiful Green Township, New Jersey. We continue to Service Essex, Morris,Warren, and Sussex County. In 2017 with our partnership with the best Masons in the area we have added Masonry and hardscape solutions to our expertise. Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
