AVID is great, esp. Carlos n crew. Work was perfecto and Carlos n crew were responsive and professional. Tools were top grade, no rookies here. Got what I wanted and very reasonable. Would suggest Avid, and especially Carlos and crew, to anyone. Mucho gusto Carlos yo estoy muy feliz!

The Avid team was impressive! After they were done with the original work, I hired them again to do even more yard work chores.

First off I would like to say this company does AMAZING work. We hired the Avid to paint our kitchen in a home we had just recently purchased in Tuxedo. Avid finished the job earlier than the time they stated as well which was a plus! Not only do the cabinets look fantastic but the walls were by far the cleanest we have ever seen. They made sure it was done right all the way through and left absolutely no mess. I would highly recommend using this company if you are considering having anything painted.

Avid and the crew are AMAZING!!!!! From the very first phone call to the moment they left my house, I was provided with amazing customer service. And the office even called afterward to check in on everything and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Throughout the day, I was kept informed of what was going on and how it was going, which I really appreciated. They are so professional, respectful and thorough. He came out and walked around the property with us to help come up with the best plan. Once we decided on which rooms we wanted to do and what colors we wanted to paint, he quickly got a few guys out to the house and they finished 3 rooms in a day! They were super professional, fast, and when they left, it was as if they were never there. They were very clean and outside of our rooms looking amazing, we would have no idea that they were in out house! We will absolutely only use Avid in the future!

Arguing with me for what I told him I wanted to do. Always want to over charge me for what I want him to do to make it look nice

Haven't been able to see the quality of the work as the project was completed while we were away and a snow storm hit just before we got back. Based on the communication, with Carlos at DP&C, leading up to the execution of the work I'm prematurely giving them 4 stars for quality as this rating form requires that all three options (quality, customer Svce and value for $) be completed in order to submit my response.
