Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

Although this was not the answer that I was looking for, it was the right answer and decision. From the technicians who determined a replacement was needed, to Phil Grego who coordinated the replacement installation, to Miguel and his coworker who worked quickly to replace the system, it was a flawless coordinated effort to restore a working heating system in my house. "Changing my 5 star review to 2 stars. We have had a HE Boiler as well as a AC/Heat Pump installed by them. Unfortunately we needed service today. I was willing to pay for Emergency service. They said they couldn't make it out for 14 days, because we did not have a service contract. Spent about $25k for the installations. Which apparently means nothing to them What makes matters worse, the Emergency Service we paid through another HVAC provider was only necessary because of an issue they created during the installation. During the installation Speer Air originally ran the line for the residual pump over the copper hot water line. Which over time burned through the residual line, and then cause a hole and leak on the copper pipe."
