Came the next day, even earlier than expected. Fixed the broken coils and dryer was back on at a reasonable price.

The woman answered the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring. I gave her my name and address, and she had the oven model and serial number already on file. Unbeknownst to me, they had done work on the oven for the previous owners. the repairman arrived within the scheduled window, and was done in less than 30 minutes. He even paused long enough for me to clean off the inside of the glass while he had it a part.

Very professional in and out in no time. Knew exactly what was wrong with my refrigerator and had the part ready in the truck. Fairly priced. Will call George's next time I need any major appliance repair.

After George's Appliance Service repaired our oven a few months ago, we called them again when our dryer stopped producing any heat. They came out promptly and and did a great job fixing the issue. We will definitely call them for any future appliance issues we have.

We called George's Appliance when the touchpad on our oven suddenly stopped working and was displaying an error. I called George's Appliance and they said the piece to replace was not cheap and they gave me a few things to try first just in case there was a way to avoid replacing that. I really appreciated their suggestions, especially because if they had worked, it would have meant no business for them. In the end, we did determine we needed to replace the part. They told us the estimated cost up front and promptly ordered the part. As soon as the part came in, they called us to schedule the repair and were willing to come the next day or on the weekend. They showed up as scheduled, replaced the part very quickly, and tested everything thoroughly. They even took time to answer some other questions we had about maintaining some appliances. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely use George's Appliance again.

When I called them for the appointment they were able to come out 3 days after my call. They had all the materials with them to fix the microwave. They seemed friendly, fair and I would use them again.

This is the second time we have dealt with George's for service. I called yesterday, explained the problem (oven wouldn't go on) and provided the model number of the gas range. I was told it sounded like the igniter needed to be replaced. If so, the estimated cost would be $175 and the serviceman would arrive at about 8:00 AM the next day. The serviceman (Joe?) arrived today at 7:55 AM. He confirmed that the problem was the igniter, restated the cost ($175) and promptly replaced it.. I would not hesitate to call 's for any future appliance problem.

After their arrival, they stated the issue was much worse than they thought and the fix would cost at least $220. Since you can get a dryer for a little more than that, I declined the fix but still had to pay a $65 plus tax service charge.

Joe from Georges Appliance was really friendly and knowledgable. He arrived right on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and had the part on hand to complete the job. When you call for an appointment, they take the time to ask what is wrong and what the code is on the machine, so that they come prepared. He also gave me advice on using less detergent as I have a water softener and he saw some soap buildup. He was great, and the price was reasonable. He even took a look at my stove which I have also been having problems with and will call me to let me know what that part will cost. I will definitely use them again.

Flawlessly . I called the manufacturer who gave me George's number. When I called there woman I spoke with was helpful and courteous . Piece was ordered and installed 4 days later.

This is the second time that I have used George's repair and they are great. They first ask what the problem is and the model number. If applicable they will ask you to try a few things first to see if you can fix it (nothing complicated..basically uplug for 30 minutes). If it works it saved them a trip and saves you $$$. They are prompt and because they ask for your model number they have any parts/supplies that might be needed so there is no waiting on part orders and/or second appointments. They also service LG appliances which from what I have found is not easy to find.

we had had George's twice in the past. Both times, including this one, they were excellent. This time, while the washing machine could not be saved (it was 20 yrs old), the service man recommended a brand and a great place to shop for it. Both turned out extremely well.

They performed the needed repair quickly and efficiently

At the initial visit he made the assessment of the parts needed for the repairs and informed us that he would order/obtain the parts and call us for a new appointment to complete the repairs. He returned a couple of days later and efficiently installed the parts. The washer and dryer have been working fine since.

I drove my Microwave/Convection oven which had suddenly stopped working to their shop where they unloaded it (it weighs about 44 lbs) After leaving a deposit; they checked it out and replaced the fuse and fuse holder. The next day they called and told me I could pick it up and loaded it back into my car. Quick and easy no problems, The only caution I would mention is they do not take credit cards; cash or checks only.

The price is reasonable. They are honest in making an appraisal with what needs to be done. They are very good about getting back to you with the price of things.

Replaced washing machine pump motor for less than 2 year old LG washer. Only improvement suggestion for them was to ask during making the initial appointment up if washer/dryer were side by side or stacked. This caused us both to wait for a second repairman who was able to help lift our stacked dryer. Otherwise, the service was fast and complete. The repairman was great. Would use them again.

Called to set up home visit. Technician arrived at scheduled time - professional, courteous - quickly determined the problem and explained to me what the problem was and why it occurred. Needed to replace corroded motor because of slow leak over time = I decided to have hime repair soap dispenser door while he was working on the machine. Second visit to actually do the repair was within a few days and again he was prompt and courteous. I now have an appliance repairman I will always use.

The technician arrived early Saturday morning as scheduled. Technician bought replacement parts based on my appliance concerns. Tech immediately pointed out a washer hose concern and suggested I address it immediately. I initially called for service on one washer but he ended up looking at three appliances. He determined the problem with each appliance and provided a quote to repair. Once it was determined that the machines were not worth repairing, we then had a conversation about which manufacturers provided quality products and which manufacturers to avoid. Very informative! The entire process took approximately 35 minutes.

Arrived on time. Completed job quickly

Mark answered the phone and suggested a few tests to conduct before they came out. Mark's suggestions worked and there was no need for a service call. I would doubt most places would offer to run some tests over the phone and would instead send out a technician in order to collect a payment. Not so with Georges. We had used them once before and would definitely use them again. Very honest and fair.

Went well. Prompt, correct estimate, timing.

Very pleasant experience from the phone call to the service call. The bake ignitor needed to be replaced on my Bosch range. He quoted me a price on the phone, if that was the only problem with the range - which it was, and there were no surprises. He was able to come out the same day, since he was working in the area already. He replaced the ignitor in less than a half hour and tested the oven to make sure everything worked. Extremely satisfied and would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and based on my description of the problem I had given over the telephone the technician was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue. He had the part in his truck and was able to complete the job within a half hour. If I had any issue it was that there was a charge for a service call on top of the charge for the work. I was told of the service charge in advance and elected to use them anyway and maybe this is the industry standard but it seems excessive. Overall though I would likely use them again.
