As far as I can consider them, they did a good job because there has been quite to waterproof. We got an estimate from them and they came in to do the work. So, their responsiveness was fairly good. They were very punctual as far as getting the work done.

It was the previous owner who set that up but it has been working great. It went fine. I called them and they responded. They called me right back.

They were very good and I'm using them again next month.

Arid installed French drains in our basement and they did a fantastic job. We got a bunch of estimates, some that were so out of line ($15,000!!!) and some that you could tell were very desperate for the work. We really were overwhelmed and had no idea what we were doing, but from my limited understanding, Arid really seemed to have the better product and Pat spent a lot of time with us and explained it all really well. Arid's price was right in the middle and a friend had used them and recommended them highly. Ultimately, we picked Arid because we loved dealing with Pat, Kara and Beverly in the office and the workers, Tremain, Mike and crew were extremely professional and courteous. It was a dirty, dusty job that they kept well under control. I'm so glad we went with Arid. We haven't had a drop of water in our basement since.

Arid Basement did a great job. The sales professional guided us in the right direction and advised the proper way to fix the water seepage issue in the basement. Last year, we got the exterior excavation done for our basement from another service provider. But, this year we noticed water seepage from the floor. We called Arid Basement and their sales professional advised us to install the french drain system in the area where the water seepage was present. Overall, they did a very good job.

They were pretty horrible. They were quite unprofessional. I liked the service man. Actually, I was thinking of giving them another chance. It sounded believable that when he arrived, he arrived in his private car which was okay with no identification. It was a little creepy. He had no clipboard, no ID. He had his tire changed and totally forgot to get the company truck. That sounded so bogus to me. I did call him to the office and it was the person that was supposed to come which was really nice. He gave me his little spiel and it sounded okay. He never gave me his quote because he didn't have his papers. He never remembered when he got that to the office. He totally blew me off. So I said if you can't be bothered to contact me and what you supposed to give me, I'm not doing business with you. Arid was worth bringing out but when you make the appointment and you ask them to come, I guess it would be really good to remind him to bring his tools with him. I was very disappointed that there were no other choices in my area. They didn't do any work. I can say they were knowledgeable but unprepared. It was the best of all the people that I have here. The price was very good. It was what they said. T was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They came within two weeks. Punctuality was very good.

They were very good and the pricing was excellent. They were punctual and knowledgeable. There is a significant difference between Arid and another waterproofing company I got a quote from. Another positive about Arid was the references. They gave me a ton of references that they checked out.

They were good, professional and on time. I don't have any dislike, they came in and did the job. It was good. The price is a little expensive.

Have water intrusion into my basement for the first time in over 30 years. I was using a squeegee and a jury rigged pump that I had to manually turn on and off at all hours of the day and night. Called many companies for assistance and only ARID was willing to come out to give me an estimate. They came out within a couple of days and gave me an estimate on the spot. While I was not able to compare price with other companies because of the lack of response, I am satisfied that the price was worthwhile under the circumstances. Because of the overwhelming number of jobs all companies in this field were experiencing, they were not able to do the work for over 2 months but they actually did the work on the date promised. The work was done quickly and efficiently by a crew of very professional and polite people to my complete satisfaction. We have had some substantial storms since the sump pumps and french drains were installed and the system is working fine. I would and have recommended this company to others.

The crew from Arid came on time and worked hard all day. They cleaned up all the debris from the job. There is prep work to do by the homeowner before the job. Arid explained in great deal what to do before and after job was finished. Thank you Arid I am looking forward to a dry basement!

It was much more painless than I anticipated. The crew was curteous and professional. I do not have an exit in my basement so they had to walk up and out thru my living room. (ugh) I was told what to prepare for as far as dust,etc. I had placed brown paper on my rug and they also put a tarp on top of it. This must be done.! Last week Rockland county had the heaviest rains since hurricane Floyd(which i remember my basement floating) and I had a dry basement! (yipee). it was well worth the $$ and the peace of mind that came with it . I'm so glad I used Arid!

Estimate for Basement Waterproofing: very honest person came to give estimate. It was a no pressure environment the only sticking point was that I was looking for someone to demo the basement and do the waterproofing. Arid was only comfortable doing the waterproofing they wanted me to do the demo. I found a waterproofing company that did the demo, waterproofing and sump with backup battery. The Arid sales associate did try to work with me and offer me a $500 discount to have someone come in and do the demo.

Got estimates from a number of companies for french drains and two sump pumps (with a backup battery) in opposite corners of my large basement.. Arid's price was in the middle of the pack (unfortunately the price went up after the initial bid due to substantial rebar in my basement concrete, which had to be cut out for the french drains). The french drains and sump pumps were put in as planned (it's a very messy process, as warned in advance by Arid; remove everything from your basement if possible beforehand). They've been in around two years, and are working great. Every few months when we have a big rain, I can hear the sump pumps switching on and off downstairs, and I smile, knowing that it was money well-spent. This past weekend we had a major rain storm in North Jersey, and I went down in the basement to check on the pumps. They were working great. Water was literally gushing into the sump holes from the french drains non-stop, and the pumps were just as quickly removing the water. My basement would have no doubt been under several inches of water if not for the pumps and drains. Arid did a great job.

They were there right on time. They communicated well on the phone. They came and did what they were supposed to do for a reasonable price.

These guys were great. From the estimating process to installation, they were prompt, professional, fast and clean.

Arid performed an illegal job. They left me with a broken drain pipe which caused 2 (1 major- fecal backup) sewer backups. Illegal hook up to the city main sewer line. The crew they sent to do the work not only broke the pipe, but they covered it up with cement, collected the balance and left. The owner Jim Fusco reviewed the damages and denied they did it. I have pixs of before and after the broken pipe. I also have a video from an external plumber that clearly shows a piece of broken pipe in the main sewer line. I put a claim into their insurance company Western World Insurance Group for all damages and losses and remediation work that needs to be done in my basement. I find Arid Basement Waterproofing unreliable, insidious in their actions and have filed reports to the BBB, NJ of Banking and Insurance, etc. I could not allow this company's carelessness and unreliability to go unnoticed for the good of the general public. I am still trying to recoup my losses, etc.

Overall, went well. Had a few false starts to schedule the work but the company persisted and completed the work.

WE CALLED THEM AND THEY GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE. I FEEL THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN ONE DAY. WE HAVE NOT HAD WATER BACKED UP IN THE BASEMENT SINCE.
