Arrived within given time frame Covered all furniture and carpets Cleaned up yard where sawing etc was done Cleaned up all materials inside Instructed me how to open/close Windows for cleaning purposes. Also how to remove and reinstall screens from the inside Provided me with folder of instructions, warranty, etc Only thing I didn't like: while slider site open, one or both men who did the preparation,cutting, etc, outside, smoked. Perhaps it was the windy day that was blowing it inside.

Pat @ Chris did an excellent job. Very neat. Courteous. Cleaned up at completion. Very thorough. Explained maintenance answered any &I all questions. Would highly recommend them.

Norbert and Paul showed up on time, in a Renewal by Anderson van as well as RbA clothing so that I could tell that they were legit workers. They asked permission to park in my driveway (which I granted). They wore shoe covers in the house because I'm a clean freak; additionally, they fully tarped my hardwood floors so that they would not get damaged. They also taped plastic over the window moldings on the inside of the house so that when they removed the windows from the outside, none of the dust or debris came in the house. The two of them worked very efficiently together, each having specific jobs to do. They willingly explained exactly what they were doing whenever I asked. They followed all the safety procedures that were listed on their forms. One of the windows, which should have had tempered glass, did not so they filled out the paperwork for a replacement. Likewise, another window had a defect in the glass, which will also be replaced. Neither issue was their fault but they did not try to ignore either issue and willing agreed that it would be fixed. They taught me how to use the windows. They cleaned up after they finished, even vacuuming! They were both skilled workers who knew what they were doing. I'd be happy to have them do work in my home again, and I'd highly recommend them. Norbert and Paul made a great team!

This is the third time we have used Renewal by Anderson and we are very pleased with their work. Drew, Dan, & Tommy were the installers for this job and they were very good. They put down plastic and canvas tarps on the floors and walls, removed the old windows, installed the new ones, caulked and insulated all the windows, cleaned the windows and cleaned up everything inside and outside. All we had to do was put up the curtains. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Renewal by Anderson. Also, Doug, the salesman, stopped by to check to make sure everything was going OK.

Installers were on-time, Shawn and Evan. They covered the area that they would be working around with plastic and removed it after they were done. All debris was collected and removed when they left. The installation was done in a quick and professional manner. Only complaint, was no phone call the night before to confirm the appointment. I understand the install was done on a Monday so I would have expected a call on Sat. to confirm. Initial appointment was made late August.

Went perfectly. The guys are really high class professionals that made sure cleanliness was above everything else. They knew what they were doing and it was installed correctly and cleanly. Many heavy rains since then and not a drop gets through. No leaks, no wind. Great job. My biggest complaint is that although the door is very high quality, the screen door is an extreme disappointment. Its cheap, flimsy and falls off the track constantly. For such an expensive door youd think the screen would be excellent. It isnt! In fact we've had technicians back twice to fix it (which they do no problem and are really nice and helpful) but its a pain to spend this kind of money and then have them skimp out on the cheap screen door,

From start to finish, this was a totally professional experience. When I mad the initial appointment, the representative was very clear that we should allow 2 hours. The appointment was confirmed and our salesperson, Lisa Carr arrived on time and was very respectful of our time. All options were explained and demonstrated in a pleasant and expert manner. The next appointment was for final measurements and this gentleman (yes, he was a true gentleman) demonstrated the same respect for our home and time. Just a few days later, I received a phone call reporting that my windows would be ready in a week and the appointment was set. Workmen arrived promptly and immediately got to work installing our 15 replacement windows. Adam, Fabian & Michal were amazing! They worked so quietly and quickly, with such respect for our home and privacy that I felt as if family had come to do the work. Best of all, their craftsmanship was outstanding. Immaculate, beautiful work and I think they left my property cleaner than when they arrived:)

Please refer to the review dated 04/05/2016. We were subjected to the same high pressure sales tactics to accept the price TODAY, despite communicating to the representative that we as a matter of principle we never make an on the spot decision for an expenditure this significant. We simply asked that we be given a few days to consider the estimate, and that we expected the price to be honored. We were shown a letter from the company president defending the same day policy. The representative told us he was not allowed to agree to our request, and he refused to call the company president to discuss OUR proposition - lose a $24000 job or let the $2400 discount stand for a couple of days. Instead he kept repeating that this was a $70 million dollar business that keeps growing - a clear message that our business did not matter to the company. Similar to the previous reviewer, we believe that Renewal by Anderson may well offer the best product. But the high pressure tactics seem to be necessary to close a deal given their price so significantly exceeds the competition.

Norbert and Paul arrived on time and installed windows in a professional manner. They worked efficiently. Installation was minimally invasive on household routine. Clean-up was exceptionally thorough. Windows look good.

Our sales rep, Stan was not intrusive or pushy and gave a very nice presentation. Our install team was fantastic and really went above and beyond! Drew, Dan, Tommy, Geoff and Erick showed up on time, were extremely helpful and professional over the 1.5 days it took to complete the project. Drew took extra time to help me with some of my blinds that were giving me trouble and went through each step carefully with how to use my new windows. I really appreciate the extra effort and would highly recommend him to lead your install. I feel the quality is very good and that they look great!

First off I would like to say that Jim & John were very respectful and profesional. There work defentily speaks for itself. The price was very resonable as well. They left there work area just as clean as they found it and treated our Home as if it was theirs. They were on time and also well prepared for the job. I would recommed them to anyone I know. The work was professionally done. The work area was protected with drop cloths and or plastic. The old windows were removed. some parts of the old window frame had to be modified and replaced with new material. New windows were installed. All exterior surfaces or the existing frame were covered with aluminum and all joints were sealed with caulking. Overall a job well done. The area was left in a clean condition. All material and debris was removed from the premises. Extremely satisfied with the whole process from product sale to on site measuring, installation and final follow up from original sales person.

My wife booked the Renewal Andersen Windows presentation with their Salesman Frank Flores. After being taken by a previous windows vendor and having to use plastic sheeting every winter. I was very reluctantly to sit down for his presentation. Before Frank started I handed him some window parts that my previous windows vendor shipped to me to fix all of my window problems. I explained to Frank that I did not want to be chasing anyone down like the installer or after I buy his product nor do I wish to be taken again and I do not want any run around or finger pointing. I was very impressed with Frank Flores knowledge of not only his product but also of his knowledge of how inferior my King Quality windows were. After being taken once by the King Quality windows vendor I felt no sticker shock at all. My only feeling was sadness for not going to Renewal Andersen first and spending the monies. The Renewal Andersen Window Installation: Karl / Jarek / Waldek / Kevin / Kris / Jaroslaw or as I call them the A-Team !!! These gentlemen arrived on time and scouted the work area thoroughly. They went right to work and started checking their inventory against their paper work. While working on the first window, the A-Team found that most of my windows were only installed with caulking and not held by any screws at all. This turned a window installation job into a "we need to build window frame job". The A-Team never blinked and assessed the problems. They split the crew two for the problems the others kept installing. By the end of day I could not believe they were almost done. Due to my previous window installer it slowed the A-Team down but not that much !!! They were great and I highly recommend them !!!

VERY smoothly. The windows were removed and the new Windows put in. The process was fast and efficient.

Sales presentation is rather long. Highly informative but perhaps not everything needed. The prices were higher than I expected but I also knew the quality was also the highest. Everything happened as they said it would. I was informed every step of the way. I had to adjust the installation date and that was done smoothly. The installers, Norbert and Paul, arrived on time, prepared the work areas, performed the installation within the expected time, cleaned up everything, and then showed me how to operate the windows. An outstanding experience from end-to-end.

Slawek and Tomek did a great job, exceeding the promises made by the sales rep in terms of arrival, getting the job done, and cleaning up afterwards.

Carey, Dmitry and Erick arrived on time and installed our Bay Window and two standard windows in about six hours. Their workmanship was excellent.. They did a fantastic job and showed pride in their work. The results of their work was more than we expected. They also were very diligent in cleanup.

The salesperson came, discussed all options and took general measurements, and helped us decide on package of work to be done. She also arranged financing through a company associated with Andersen Replacement Windows. The office then scheduled an appointment for an experienced team of two contractors who came and drew up specific, exact measurements. The specs were sent to Andersen manufacturing plant for custom production of the windows and door. The office informed us of dates for installation and a team of three workers came on days expected and did the installation. The crew was the MLJ crew of Mike as leader assisted by Michael and Tony. They were expert, friendly, did a beautiful job and cleaned up after finishing the work. Mike, the crew leader worked well with his crew, told us what they were doing and clearly demonstrated how to operate all windows and door. We plan to have further work done.

i couldnt be more satified....installers wojtek (hope i got that right) and jack couldnt be better....about 4 hours to remove and install 4 new windows..andersons best

We had a number of problems with the installation but everyone in the front office were very responsive and professional. The installed, Slowek and Joe were excellent and diligent. Even though the installation was not as smooth as anyone had expected, I will definitely used Andersen Renewal again and would recommend the company to my friends.

They cost more, but after seeing them in person, having them installed, and fully understanding the product from the presentation, it is absolutely worth it.

We did not have the work done, and here's why... I contacted Renewals by Anderson to replace a few of the more badly damaged windows in my house. I hadn't done a ton of research on windows (we had just purchased the house and didn't realize how bad some of them were) but I knew Anderson had an excellent reputation so I contacted them right off the bat. I realized there would be quite the dog and pony show when they asked me to set aside 90 minutes for the salesperson, but that was fine. The salesman (and trainee) were prompt. They came in, we talked, I showed them around, they measured. They brought in a sample window to demo. Then came the sales pitch. I watched videos on an iPad while he worked up the numbers (which I assumed would happen). Finally they showed me the total cost. It was astronomical for replacing 21 windows (some of which were in the basement, attic, or garage which he kept saying were at a reduced cost). I remained calm, because, like I said, I had no idea what windows cost. I said I needed to review the costs and figure out what was feasible on my end. Then aggressive salesperson tactics really kicked in that this price, "authorized by the president of the company" for people who make the decision on the first sales call was only good that night. That I really needed to commit. Oh, I couldn't commit to the whole house tonight, maybe I should commit to just a few windows to lock in the price. I'm still not comfortable, was I sure about that, I was going to miss out on a really super deal. But I must act tonight! I remained firm, because I simply could not commit to spending that kind of money in one night. And then the salesperson (a man) did something so demeaning, I'm writing this. He turned to my boyfriend, who will be living in the house with me but is NOT an owner (because I bought the house myself after working my *ss off) and who was there out of courtesy to me, and asked "Well, do you have an opinion, what do you think she should do?" As though, my taking the lead and my decisions were somehow not enough and that I, as a woman, needed someone else's input to spend this insane amount of money. Needless to say, even if I felt this was a cost effective project with a good return on my investment (which I do not believe it is) I will NOT use Renewals by Anderson. I will make sure to share this with whomever I know. P.S. I went ahead and got a quote from another, very reputable company and it was more than 50% LESS for very good quality windows.

It was tremendous! They were GREAT! I would recommend the team of Jarek, Salwek, Peter, Dima, Waldi, Brayan!! These guys worked like "bees" just going to work and getting the job done! There were both professional and personable! Great job guys!!

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was great. They showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Throughout the day, they carried out their work professionally and safely, and were extremely respectful guys. Julio, Danny, Ray, and Ronnie worked extremely well and efficiently together. We couldn't be happier with their work and, when the time comes, we'll definitely be using their services again for our second floor renewal.
