I have been using them for the past year to care for my lawn. Last year, they cleaned the leaves from my lawn when there were still a ton of leaves in the trees so I ended up having to clean them up again on my own. This year they claimed that there were weather delays so they couldn’t get a crew out to clean my leaves until the week after the township picks up the leaves from the curb. I called them the day after I got a violation notice and left a message. I was told to send an email. It was around the holidays so I cut them some slack but I only have 10 days on the notice to clear my leaves. They still didn’t answer after a week so I left more messages with their service. Finally I demanded a call back. Instead, the president Tom Ross simply answers my email stating that he has never had an issue in the past 25 years. I answered immediately asking how this could be fixed and still no response. How can they be so blind as to my problem at hand? I called again today after speaking to the service again and finally spoke to someone at the office. Now they want to charge me an extra $150 for their mistake and said they would be able to arrange for it next week, 2 weeks after I first tried to speak to them. No thanks. I’m done with you. I called 2 other services and they answered right away, in comparison. 1 offered to take care of it the next day. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I attempted to contact this company 5 different times over the course of 4 different days. You get a voicemail that says and quot;Please wait for an operator to assit youand quot;, nobody ever comes on the line, nothing. No way to do business with this company even if you wanted to!

They provide a written estimate ahead of time for your review. On the appointed day, they showed up on time in the morning, finished everything in 1 day and cleaned up afterwards. Their workers are pretty focussed on their work but friendly and professional when you talk to them. I will use them again whenever the need arises.

The crew (Mike, Dan and Tony) showed up on time. They were extremely careful with their work..... ramps under the truck tires so they wouldn't damage the grass and cleaned up after they were finished. A lot of work involved trees close to windows, fences, etc and they did an excellent job of not damaging anything. I have used other services but this was by far the best one and I will certainly use them again. I have had other services do work and the results weren't that good. I've had quotes from others and some of their prices were lower, but they never showed up when promised.

They come in a timely manner and do an excellent job. Problems handled professionally. Can speak to owner directly if needed. They accidentally knocked over our mailbox and they replaced the mailbox without question, without any problem at all. So very good They are our service, we've use them for four year, and we are not looking to make any change. They are competitively priced. high quality service

They do okay. I have a contract with them to come once a week. They come all year long. I get them to do edging and lawn cutting, although they offer other services. They charge by the month. I am not charged for the service one or two months a year. They will also take customers for plowing in the winter. I would use them again in the future.
