 + -1 moreThe service was great! The owner, Nick, arrived at my house and greeted me as he met me at the door. He asked where the air conditioner was, and what problems I was having with it. After I explained that the unit wouldn't turn on when using the thermostat on the wall, he went to work. Nick was very professional, never carrying tools through the house or helping himself to the breaker box. If he needed to get to something, he would always ask and explain why. He discovered an electrical problem with the unit, and that it required a new part that he didn't have on his truck, but could purchase locally and return to complete the job. He was quick to return and completed the service. I couldn't have been happier, and relieved that I didn't have to buy a new air conditioner! I thanked him for his quick work. I would highly recommend NJP Mechanical for any home in need of heating, and air conditioning service.
Description of Work: After just moving into my new home, our air conditioner stopped working. It was the middle of the summer and we couldn't believe our luck. I called NJP Mechanical to make an appointment to come out to the house to fix the problem.
