Made first appointment with Nick, and came to my front door 5 minutes early...we discussed in detail my problem an requests, and left with the promise that will get back to me within 2 hours, and I got a call back 90 minutes later. We signed the contract and agreed to a date for the completion of the job, done yesterday 3/25/2015 Job was done as agreed in a very professional way, clean with no disturbing any of my belongings. VERY PUNCTUAL (PROMISED TO START AT 8 AM, AND PARKED ON MY FRONT DOOR AL 7:45) VERY CLEAN GOOD QUALITY I WOULD RECOMMEND NICK TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITHOUT HESITATION !!!!!

NJP HVAC is the definition of "professionalism" with a capital P. Nick was at the house within hours of my phone call. He exudes friendliness and trustworthiness. Despite me telling him not to, he tried to install the furnace on the day of a big snow storm. The next day his crew installed it in less time than anticipated and cleaned-up extremely well. They were friendly, personable (we all had a chat about the Eagles), and they explained everything very well. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They have become my go-to HVAC contractor (for when my AC breaks down next August).

Nick at NJP did a superb job helping me navigate the complexities of converting my house from oil heating to gas heating. I was particularly impressed with how he helped manage the whole process. As the home owner, this process can be cumbersome. I was responsible for contacting the gas company to have the gas run from the street to my house. Nick was able to explain the process to me before I started. This really helped move things along because I was prepared for the conversations I needed to have with the gas company. Nick was able to obtain permits from the city and be prepared to start as soon as the gas company has set the meter. Once the meter was set, I notified Nick and he had his crew out to my house and the job completed within a week. His crew was very polite and respectful of my house. They worked carefully and made thoughtful decisions concerning the day to day use of the system as well as thinking about possible decisions we may make with using gas for cooking or clothes drying. Nick continued to be hands on with the installation with a final visit and inspection of the work performed. I was very happy that I used NJP because of how easy the entire process went. This is the second time I have used NJP. You can see my previous review on Angie's List. He continues to perform at the top of his trade.

They arrived on time and did a great job. They explained and what I should have done in the near future and even told me how to do some of the stuff myself to save money. They took the time to show me what they were seeing and explained why they were making the specific recommendations they made. I will definitely be calling them for some follow-up work after the holidays.

Nick and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. Professional, courteous, trustworthy and on time. We have used NJP for the past few years and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. When they installed our second unit which was a big project they completed the job promptly and left our home clean. Nick was great to work with. This company had the best price after we got 3 quotes. It was a good experience.

We contacted NJP when our old air conditioner died. We thought that we were going to have to wait a long time and pay top dollar since it was mid summer. NJP was able to get to us faster than we ever imagined. When replacing the unit outside they were also able to re-locate it to the side of our house, so that it did not disturb us while we were using our patio. They also installed a new programable thermostat. We were thrilled with all of the work/the performance of the new air conditioner/ and our new electric bill (50% less during summer). NJP completed everything as they said they would. The price was less than we anticipated and the staff was very professional. I have recommended them to family and friends and I will continue to recommend them.

It was June and very hot out. I was also 9 months pregnant at the time. My air conditioner stopped working and I obviously began to panic. I was so uncomfortable at the time, and I couldn't have stayed in the house without air conditioning. I was planning on staying at my mom's house, but thankfully I didn't have to! Nick and his guys came over immediately and fixed the unit. Their attentiveness and professionalism were incredible! I was desperate and they came to my rescue! They will definitely be my go-to guys in the future!

From the first time we met with Nick until the last day when the job was complete Nick and his entire staff were awesome. Dealing with Nick is great ! We were comfortable with his relaxed and straightforward approach especially when compared to the salesmen provided by two other competing companies. He personally checked out our existing unit and after some examination and tests determined that it was beyond repair. He promptly supplied an estimate and a schedule for installation. His team arrived on time on the specified date. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. We were particuarly impressed with the manner in which they left the house when finished. Everything was as clean and neat as if they had never been there.

The team at NJP Mechanical provided excellent service, pricing, and suggestions. Nick came out to the house and described the best plan of action for less than my given budget. The team came out soon after we decided on a system and had the install done in one day. I'm very happy with the system and will definitely be using NJP for both my home and commercial property in the future.

The process with Nick and his crew went great. Nick came to my house, reviewed my current cooling situation, and gave me a recommendation on how I should proceed. He was very honest and helpful. He provided me a written quote and a verbal explanation of what he would be doing. I hired him and his crew began on the date we discussed. He came by with his crew and introduced them to me. They were very nice and courteous guys. They were on time and took care to keep my house clean and damage free while they were installing the system. Over the installation period, Nick was very accessible by phone. He, daily, came by my house to talk to me, talk to his crew, and to inspect his crews work. The end result was a very cool summer. The system worked very well with no issues. I would definitely hire him again and I would have no problem recommending him to anyone else. Nick takes a lot of pride in his work and the work that his crew does.
