Kevin's work speaks for itself as noted by all the A reviews for those who chose to use him. He is currently finishing our basement and we couldn't be happier with how it is turning out. I'm amazed at his work ethic and attention to detail. As a neighbor of mine said when seeing our basement this weekend (which again isn't completed yet as we are waiting on cabinets for the wet bar & carpeting): "Wow, this guy is truly an artist!". I couldn't agree more!

Kevin came by and took a lot of notes and measurements. But no call back with an estimate.Really just hoping this gets some attention so I can get an estimate!

By far the most professional, punctual, and talented contractor we ever worked with. We have a specific design style that requires a skilled contractor who is also creative. Kevin took our ideas and found ways to make them happen within our budget. We gave Kevin the deposit and went down the shore for the week. When I called to find out when he would be starting the job he was already at our house doing the demolition on the deck. Upon our return he was at our house everyday, Monday - Friday and most Saturdays like clockwork at 7:30. He was a stickler on details and took great pride in his work. Not only were we constantly impressed with his skills and work ethic we were equally as impressed with his personality and good nature. We trusted Kevin in our home and enjoyed the time he was here working. Adding a room to a house can be a very stressful time - to this day it was one of the easiest projects we ever did. Kevin was meticulous with keeping the dust out of the main area of the house and made sure our daily routine was affected as little as possible. Kevin is a true professional - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gallagher's Building & Remodeling. It was a great experience.

Final product is awesome! Kevin's craftsmanship is second to none down to the minor details. Extremely pleased with his work.

He came when he said he would and got the job done on time! He was meticulous and even when he found an issue didn't charge a penny extra!!

This is a follow up to our review done last year. Kevin was fantastic. He was here practically everyday. Kevin was professional and the few subcontractors that he brought in were always respectful of our needs and even tolerated our kids asking questions and wanting to watch on occasion. His experience shows. Our Archetect had drawn the roof practically flat and he explained that it would open up the inside and increase the life of the roof if he increased the pitch. Kevin was spot on with the extra details, from a great pocket door to the great tile job he did on the bathroom and sun porch. There were no surprises with price. His initial estimate was spot on. That's not to say that we didn't go over budget, but anything that we wanted extra was explained before Kevin proceded. Now just about a year later and it is still perfect. We had one minor grout issue from settling. We contacted kevin and that night he set up a time to come out. It took him less than 20 min to correct. A final note: Gallagher's was not the cheapest of the 4 estimates we had done. He was not the most expensive either. But talking to his past customers and getting to see his work made it easy for us to choose Gallagher's. We will definitely be using Kevin in the future for more projects.

Absolutely beautiful. He had a better eye than I had for the colors. I picked something and he told me why it wouldn't look right and came up with nicer siding and better colors with the shutters. His wife rode by the job and even advised what color to paint my door which made it all come together even more. My siding stands out more than anyone else on my street.

The renovations of the house went extremely well. He assisted us in planning and designing the new house. His attention to detail was perfect. He has an eye for design and will go above and beyond to make everything perfect. Kevin was able to build us a house that absolutely fit all of our needs. He added so many small details to the kitchen and bathrooms to make them really stand out. The moldings and the cabinetry look amazing. He was always on time, available, and provided us with many frequent updates. I cant say enough about the incredible job he did for us. I highly recommend Kevin!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Gallagher's gets a 10. The project was large in scope and extended for a couple months. Kevin and his team were always on time and the communication was excellent. There was not one aspect of the project that we would have changed. Additionally, the craftsmanship of the woodwork is noticed by everyone who has seen the basement. Attention to detail is what makes Gallagher's professional and someone we would highly recommend. Kevin and his team are all about customer satisfaction, within a timely manner....they are EXCELLENT. We cannot say enough good things about Gallagher's. You can be confident that you are dealing with a reputable company and even better people.

When he came out he seemed very knowledgeable and polite. Was excited to work with him so I'm a little disappointed it didn't work out.

Outstanding attention to detail. I am a perfectionist. Kevin rose to my standards. His is highly reliable.

Kevin remolded our bathroom. It hadn't had a facelift since I moved in in 1977. He gutted it (thankfully) and changed layout to a more suitable arrangement. I am in love with our new bath and get excited to have a nice place to relax in the tub. Kevin was on time and worked very easily with us, even with our changes midstream. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for work on their project!

Kevin did a great job. Early in the project he found a lot of the wood behind the side walls had rotted out from moisture due to original builder taking shortcuts. He was able to repair this without much delay and complete the project in a timely fashion. He offered good suggestions along the way to give us a very professional finished job. His work included wood carpentry, siding and rewiring the porch lights and doorbell.

He was here about 10 days to do the work. It was a fairly complicated job due to the angles and lay out of the area. He had a lot of patience to make sure the details were taken care of. Also, he made good decision on how to match certain things and he was good at problem solving. It all looked very natural and professional once he was done with the project.
