We are enjoying our beautiful, up to date kitchen and new floors throughout most of the house thanks to Gallagher’s Building and Remodeling!

Kevin did a fantastic job building our porch. It is absolutely beautiful and we love it! Kevin is truly a craftsman and it shows that he takes great pride in his work. From concept, design, construction, to completion he far exceeded our expectations. We were very particular about a lot of details and Kevin worked with us on everything. Even when we wanted to change some things during construction, he was able to accommodate us and always added additional ideas from his experience and knowledge to make it perfect. He was always on time, told us exactly when he would be there, was very respectful of our home and family, and worked very neatly, not leaving a mess. He was even a good friend to our dogs and always watched out for them and made sure they were safe in our yard! I can’t say enough good things. It was such a great experience working with Kevin. I would hire him back in a second. You will not be disappointed!

Gallagher's Building & Remodeling just completed a renovation of our 28 year old bathroom. We cannot say enough good things about how the job went. Kevin and his crew were timely and neat. He kept to the schedule and communicated each and every step along the way. The bathroom far exceeded our expectations. Kevin was there himself everyday and made sure everything was perfect. There are a lot of contractors to pick from when having work done in your home, you need to pick someone trust worthy and honest. Kevin fits that exactly. Thank you Kevin for everything you did to make our bathroom the beautiful showroom it is!

Kevin did a great job. Once the old doors d framing was removed, we found the threshold was completely rotted from water damage and had to be rebuilt. Also had to re-grout the threshold transition. This was not planned for but Kevin didn’t miss a beat. Let me know what was going on, what needed to be done etc.. Had to make a run to Home Depot, and did what it took to get the job done. Very personable, professional and takes great pride in his work. Quality of work, unquestionable. We will definitely be using Kevin again in the future.

Kevin's work is tremendous. He lets nothing small slip by and it shows in the finished product. He respected my home and kept everything protected and cleaned during and after the project. Truly talented man and I couldn't be happier with the project results. Will hire again in the future as needed

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors!! We had new hardwood floors put in three rooms. Our house is old and had many issues underneath our existing floor we had no idea about. Kevin Gallagher fixed every problem. Our floors are now level,not to mention beautiful!! He left our house immaculate! You wold never know he was even there. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!! We plan to have our steps and upstairs flooring done in the future. He already has the job!! A++++++

I was looking for my basement to be refinished but could not find anyone who would respond on Angie’s list. Gallagher’s answered promptly and professionally. We ended up putting our basement on hold due to personal reasons, but when we start it again we will absolutely be contacting Gallagher’s because of their professionalism and responsiveness.

Kevin remodeled our kitchen and did a fantastic job. Small details that we would have not even noticed he made sure were perfect. He was professional and performs quality work at a fair price. We will definitely be using him in the future!

Kevin is a great guy who does excellent work. He finished our basement several years back and just recently ripped out our 15 year-old builder’s grade master bath and a did a complete re-model. We wanted a sleek, modern bathroom will lots of space and clean lines and Kevin gave us exactly what we were looking for. Our new bathroom is beautiful! During the initial planning, Kevin talked with us quite a bit to make sure he understood what we wanted and his design ideas and attention to detail really brought everything together. Would not hesitate to recommend Kevin for any re-modeling project.

Kevin had to rebuild most of the patio since the enclosed patio was so poorly built. He did a great job and only took 3 weeks with all the unexpected delays. He was personable, friendly and dependable. We are new to the area and we're concerned about the whole project. Thanks Kevin!!!

After reading his reviews and looking at the pictures of his work, we called Kevin Gallagher for a quote and he was out in a few days to give us an estimate. We received several quotes from other contractors and Kevin Gallagher had the best price by far. He handled all the permits and kept us updated while we waited for the construction permits to come back. The quality of his work is AMAZING. He truly went above and beyond when it came to the small details and worked with our preferences, while giving us advice along the way. We wanted to keep the addition simple and within budget and Kevin understood that, and unlike other contractors we had previously worked with, he never tried to up-sell us on things and stayed true to his original estimate. Now, my husband and I are actually jealous of our in-law suite and wish the rest of our house looked that nice! We would recommend him to anyone building an addition.

Kevin built an AMAZING addition onto our existing living room. From beginning to end was a pleasure dealing with him. Any questions we had before, during, and after were always answered in a timely manner. From our first meeting, discussing what we were looking to do, to pricing out the job, which took about a week and was right in the ballpark, to getting permits and getting started took about 3 weeks to complete. It flew by! We couldn't wait to show off how beautiful it turned out to friends and family. His attention to detail is like no other. He is a perfectionist to say the least. The room turned out better than what we could have ever expected. We highly recommend him to EVERYONE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! We will definitely be using Gallagher's Building & Remodeling for our future projects!

Setting up the estimate and completing it went well. However, had to reach out several times to receive the estimate documentation a few weeks later. Never showed up for the second walk-thru with the insurance adjuster. Nice guy and seems to do good work, but follow-up is lacking.
