Description of Work: I contacted SavaLawn/SavaTree in 2014 about regrading; replacing my spotty lawn; and removing vines reaching overhead wires. The arborist said they couldn't do the vines, regrading or adding of topsoil but referred me to a landscaper she worked with and said SavaLawn could do the rest of the work and coordinate with the landscaper. The landscaper scammed me and then disappeared. It was then too late for the season. That winter I paid SavaLawn for a full-year reseeding and treatment program. Paying then got me a discount and a promise to start work in spring 2015. After SavaLawn was to do initial work I was to have a landscaper do grading, followed by more SavaLawn work. Come spring, SavaLawn said it needed to evaluate my needs, which took a couple weeks. The arborist then said I needed to regrade first and it was now too late to schedule me for spring treatments, and so seeding should wait until fall. I finally asked for and received a full refund.

Description of Work: Savalawn has saved our lawn. They have completed fall and winter treatments and have one more set to do in spring. Approximately $300 per season which we thought was pricey until we saw the results. Has made a huge improvement in our lawn which had many bare patches, brown patches and bugs. We would use them again and would recommend them. We used the Savalawn in Mamaroneck, NY.

Description of Work: I had a large Pin Oak tree pruned. They took out the dead branches on the 50' tree, cut up what is useful for firewood into small pieces for me, chipped the rest of the branches and cleaned up. Jody (the salesman who did my estimate) started with the 2 cutters, talked with my neighbor to reassure him and also did a follow-up phone call to make sure I was happy with the work they did. He gave me an estimate for future work when requested and prioritized what needs to be done. I am very happy with the overall experience with SavATree.
