Lousy! The estimate was for two days worth of work. They got here on time at 8:00AM, and they sneaked out by 3:00 PM on day 1. One guy did a nice job pruning a couple trees. The other guy took a hedge trimmer and chewed up all of my shrubs. I should have been billed for half the estimated price at most. But, instead, the owner said that his bill is based on the work estimated, regardless of poor quality and estimating twice as much time & resources than what were actually used. I feel like I got scammed here!!

The arborist was knowledgeable and reliable.

The work was done at my next door neighbor's house - the workers started with chainsaws and a chipper at 8am on a Saturday. We live in a residential neighborhood with many little children who were scared by waking up to the loud noise. The workers were asked to stop, but couldn't without a supervisor's permission and they were unable to reach the supervisor. I was unable to reach a live person at Savatree. Scheduling work for early Saturday morning in residential neighborhoods is a bad business practice and alienates potential customers.

They did not do any work since they did not service my area.

I think it went well. I was not home at the time, but when I came back the work was done. The branches had been cut back from the house, although they were cut back pretty severely, I expect they will grow again. The billing seems a little strange. First I got one bill online which didn't have the Angie's List discount so I called and they told me to wait for another bill in which my Angie's List discount would be applied. I did that and paid that one right away, but a couple of weeks later I still got another bill in the mail. They also billed separately for the treatment to the one tree and the trimming. Still I would use them again. Their people seem very professional and they were reasonably priced.

I have used this service for some years. They are always very professional, and friendly/helpful. They will come to consult in advance, then call ahead to schedule service.

They are really good. They are the most courteous company I deal with. They are very, very reliable. They always know how to properly treat it the first time and get rid of it. I would give them a five star. They give me an annual plan. Every January, I get options for the services that I want. I think they're very reasonable. They're not inexpensive but they perform quality and great customer service. They're competent. They are a complete service. Whatever you want, they would be able to do it. It's a quality service for a fair price.

I went with another company that was on par with the price of SavATree, but they removed the base of the large tree that SavATree would have charged me extra to do. Also did not put any trucks on my lawn or have to remove fence as SavAtree needed to do. I definitely would recommend them as I have only good things to say, even though I did not hire. They were very professional knowledgeable and thorough with information, and on time.

It was my first time using them. They came out and gave me a quote fairly promptly. As soon as I said I wanted to use the service, they were out the next week to provide the service. It was positive so far.

I am in the process of purchasing a home (we are in contract right now) and I was told that they would not come out to give me an estimate unless I was the home owner. I wanted a Cedar Tree removed from the home since it was leaning very closely to the front porch roof. This property also has other trees - you lost business here.

Excellent customer service. They send an email in advance to confirm the date and time of the new servicet. If the weather prevents treatment they reschedule promptly. Service technicians are polite and professional.

Jody and his team were great. They were on time, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

They did a really good job. They were responsive and they came when we needed them.

The big deal worked out really well. A tree had fallen down right across my driveway, and Angie's List had a big deal the same day, so I purchased the deal and I called them. They were good enough to send someone the next day and take care of me. It worked out so well, that they are coming next Thursday to do some more work for me. I was not a customer of theirs and the area had a foot of snow, and they couldn't get their chippers through, so they sent two men out with chain saws to chop the wood up and pile it on the side of my driveway, and they are coming back on Thursday to finish the job. They are very willing to go out of their way, to do what they can to solve their problem. Even if they couldn't get the job done properly, they assisted me.Their prices are comparable, but because of Angie's List, I saved 200 Dollars. It was just a coincidence that the big deal was posted at the exact time that I needed it. It worked out for me.

They didn't serve in my area. So deal money was refunded.

Received an estimate. The representative was professional however, based on other estimates that we received, we found them to be too expensive. We were not saving any money with big deal(which we are supposed to). Therefore decided to request for a refund since we can not afford to spend money on expensive tree service.

It actually worked out very well. We paid a substantial amount more but it ended up saving us like $160 so it was still worth it for us. They were very good. I think the price was a little high but they were very professional.

Service was good. I have used them in the past. Saved about $170 with the Deal.

They said they would be at my home aroung 11ish and did not show up until after 2pm. The guy came out and did the service and was professional and explained things thoroughly. He was polite and courteous.

Here is my problem: I did not request nor did I want this company to come back here and treat my tree again. I didn't authorize the treatment and they came while I was at work. I found a sign on my lawn saying pesticides had been used (I don't use chemicals on my plants!) and there was a bill hanging on my doorknob.

It went very well. The arborist, Danielle Schlein, was exceptional. She was not only professional, but explained in great detail what needed to be done, in a simple direct manner. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in dealing with service companies. .

I never received the service. I was unaware that the coupon had been purchased until I received a notice that it was expired. I called the provider to see if it could be extended. He said he would check and call back, but never did.
