They did an excellent job. They were very professional and attentive. They were quick to fix any issues and we intend to use them again for paver work. They were very accommodating to our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing driveway or paver work.

The person who dealt with us was Tommy. He was a good man and was prompt. The crew was different for both the jobs. Usually, nothing happens the way you want and we too had that problem. We had problems with the number of steps to the patio and the type of stone used for those steps. There was a measurement error. But, they were true to their quote and they didn't go back and forth and charge me more money. There was no supervisor for the work done. The workers were the supervisors. Their office staff was not professional but the crew who came down to do the job were professional. Tommy was very professional too. His brother died and still he managed to help me with my project.

The job went extremely well from estimate through completion.

They did a good job. They were quick and economical.

Tommy was great-receptive to concerns, guys were great. Job went as expected, no surprises, would definitely recommend and may use for brick face when I can afford to.

I was pleased with how quickly they had come out to give me a quote for the job. However, I was very unhappy with how long it had taken them to come out to actually do the job. The work kept getting delayed. I did not understand why it happened too many times. However, they did a great job with the sidewalk. They did more than I had expected. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I wanted a sidewalk put in.

Mazillli's was excellent. They do beautiful work. Their brickwork is fabulous. They were very punctual, courteous. They cleaned up the work site. I thought they did an excellent job.

I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services. They were very responsive and their quality of work was very good. I will use them again in the future.

I got an estimate from Mazzilli Mason Contractor but it was way too high. I could probably get a whole front of my house for that price. It might be good but it a little bit too rich for my blood. To be honest they are the only estimate that I have gotten. It just seems to me very high. A couple of years ago we got an estimate that included black topping the driveway for five thousand. Mazzilli came out on the appointed day to do the estimate but he told us we would receive the estimate in a few days. It actually ended up being more like two weeks. I don't care because I am not going to use them anyway. We are going to be looking at other contractors too. Estimated cost:$7500.00

We recently decided to replace an existing paver patio and re-design our backyard. After meeting with 4 local contractors, we hired Mazzilli. Tommy gave us an estimate and was responsive to our calls and questions. He was honest, upfront and came through on his word. The crew was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They showed up every morning on time and did an overall great job. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again hopefully in the future, most likely for doing a paver driveway, walkway and front steps. We priced them out for this project, but decided to wait and see how this project went first. We are very satisfied with every part of the process and look forward to planning our next project with Tommy and his crew.

They did a great job, it was pouring rain, but they worked through the rain. They got everything done in the amount of time they said it would take, they cleaned up everything, and they were wonderful. They responded immediately, they were here early, and they worked late.

Pulled out existing blue stone on front stairs, cleaned surface and re-cemented. I had to call them back because a couple tiles were not done. They came back that same afternoon and addressed it without a complaint. Price was very competitive and service was fast. It was a slow time of year for them which probably contributed to the speed in service but I can only judge them by what they did. I will use them again.

Tommy was the project manager that provide the estimate and supervised the work every day. He was very professional and thorough. The crew worked very fast and did a very good job. I was supervising them very closely and they were very receptive to my needs and requests. The drain pipes, for example, were an add-on at my request not included in the initial estimate, which they added for a very reasonable cost. They finished the work on schedule and it looks great. I decided to go with Mazzilli, even though they were in the middle in terms of price, because they seemed the most professional and one of the few that I got estimates from that were able to do the entire job and not just the asphalt or the pavers, like some of the others. They cleaned up very well after they finished and re-seeded the lawn that was damaged. I recommend them for this kind of job.

The quoted price was significantly lower (about two-fold) than quotes from other contractors. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The quality of the work appears very good. I am very pleased with the appearance. We've received two inches of rain over the past day and my basement is finally dry. To be fair, I would have rated my overall experience Very Good if I had the choice, but a couple of small issues prevent me from rating them an Excellent. When installing the paver patio, the workers knocked a shake off the side of my garage and proceeded to bury it while doing the final cleanup (I inadvertently found it later). When confronted about the shake, they denied having done so. Also, in the process of putting temporary supports to hold up the rear entrance overhang, the edge of the overhang was damaged in a couple of spots. I was assured the damage would be fixed by their carpenter. After about a month of no action, I followed up and was told the carpenter was very busy but would be available shortly. Here we are, almost three months after the work was started, and the damage has not been repaired. I have not heard from them again.

After several months and 4 estimates we signed a contract with Mazzilli who had the best price and recommendations. The weather was very wet before and during our job, so the work started one day after the initial estimate and took one day longer than the two week estimate. Considering the weather, a minor miracle. We made one change in our plan (replacing an additional wall), which only took them an hour to make an estimate. The one time we made a complaint about the water not draining properly, they tore up 30 square feet of concrete the next day and replaced it. When we discovered rotted wood behind our original steps, they replaced it free without even talking about it. They also replaced our paths with wider concrete than the original without any talk of an extra charge. The extra width makes it more pleasant to walk around the house. The concrete and paving work was all stronger and thicker than specified in the contract. When the stonework was done, they would ask exactly how we wanted it shaped as they proceeded and always made it look the way we wanted. When they demolished the old steps, it was easy to see why they cracked and leaked, a lot of sand and air underneath. The new steps were completely sealed in concrete at each step height leaving no way for water to get in. This is definitely the experience you hope for on a major home improvement.

They were very good. They came on time and did a very good job. They came when they were supposed to and did the job when they were supposed to and cleaned up. They were good contractors and I had no problem with them.

He was professional and provided an estimate. We have not scheduled the work to be completed at this time. We will revisit this over the summer. We were not able to get the work scheduled prior to the pool opening. Although their estimate was more than some places, but due to the nature of their proposal it seemed like they were going to do the work that would match the existing brick and put in the proper footing.

The quote was great and he was prompt and professional. We have not had the work done for reasons that have nothing to do with Mazilli.

Everyone with whom we interacted was pleasant and professional. The estimate was quickly given but it took a month after the contract was signed to start work. After that, it took two weeks to get through a relatively small job. Granted, it is the busy season and there was a fair amount of rainy weather.

There was some miscommunication at first. But John was very easy going and was able to do exactly what we wanted.
