Did a great job.

Professional install, not just replacement, some carpentry, and sheetrock had to be done to accommodate new windows. They did a very good install. Windows are not top of the line but do the job.

Experienced interior water damage to walls after installation to 5 of 10 windows. Tech caulked windows that had leaked but interior repairs were not addressed by Castle.

Virtual meetings went well, phone calls were on time and precise. work was done in a timely fashion. clean up was good, but some mess left.

The first windows we replaced in our home (back in 1994 or 1995) were 4 Castle windows. They were pricey, and we took a leap of faith on that purchase... and we have NEVER had a problem with them. Throughout the years, we have replaced all of the remaining windows ourselves, with Home Depot windows; EVERY one of those suckers has needed repair. Ugh. So now, as the Home Depot windows begin to fail, I have returned to Castle to replace (for the second time) two dormer windows. The initial consult representative, the follow-up measurement professional and the installation crew all showed up on time; they were courteous and professional; they did a great job. It cost us a lot of money...But I don't even care anymore. My goal is to NOT have to re-do jobs year after year after year. I know that those dormer windows (and the four others on the first floor, from the '90s) will never be on my "to do" list again.

Installers were experienced and met my expectations. Worst sales process ever- buying a used car is preferable.

The crew did a good job replacing my 100 year old basement windows but didn't clean up after themselves. Trash was left in the basement for me to clean up.

They will make sure you are happy. Find something not right after the guy leaves call them up no cost to you. I had 2 doors replaced they were both done to satisfaction

Their lifetime warranty is legitimate and very valuable. Due to the Corona Virus, our latest project design consultation (French Doors) was done over the telephone using a ZOOM application. Very convenient technology and the presentation was very professional. On a personal note, our sales representative (Roberto) is a very faith based, honest human being and we have never been happier with a contractor or sales representative. I would highly recommend asking for Roberto Munoz as your sales representative as he is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Overall, from my experiences, Castle Windows is the best window and door company in the region. We did extensive research in comparing them to Pella, Anderson and other companies and Castle's product quality, installation and pricing was the best value by far. Salesman gave a great sales pitch but I believe we misunderstood. I understood door exterior to have no exterior wood. They should have put flashing on. Door Time was to be 9-11 came at 1:15. I thought the timing was off, and really expected better quality door for the price we paid. Never again!

The installer did a good job.

Professional, knowledgeable in sales, installation and customer service. warranty that cannot be beat! replaced 11 windows in one day and even removed a door and made it into a window. All in one day! Had them come back to replace our front door as well. Highly recommend if are looking for lasting product, qualified installers and a warranty that stays with thg he house forcas long as it stands.

CASTLE WINDOWS HAVE REDEEMED THEMSELVES! Lucas showed up on time and discussed with us different options to fix the woodwork and wall damage. He got right to work and in 3 hours he was done. It looks absolutely beautiful!! Thank you to the owner Victor for calling to let me know he was aware and that it's being taken care of and again this afternoon to make sure I was happy with the finished product.
