l have not had the windows installed as of yet. They product they offer is excellent, I've had many window products over my many years and homes. They offer a variety of window and the ones I chose fit my criteria. Lifetime warrantee, energy efficient and affordable. I am very much looking forward to having the windows installed. The sales rep Ken was personable, knowledgeable and very receptive to my many questions.
