Installation was done very well the crew knew what they were doing and completed the job within a matter of hours (I had 15 windows replaced). The crew foreman, Omar showed me how to open and close with the lock safety feature....LOVE it. Having an older home with the new windows really brighten up the place. In fact I haven't put the curtains back up yet because I enjoy the new look. Thanks again for a job well done, A satified customer in Waymart,PA Kathy
