The whole process with this project was smooth and painless. Will from Castle Windows explained everything in depth and answered all our questions. The reputation Castle Windows has definitely lived up to the hype. The install was fast, clean, and complete. Which when you consider it happened in mid July, was huge, so we didn’t lose much air conditioning. After the install, Will was back to make sure we knew how to open the door and use the locks. That was above and beyond in our opinion. The lifetime warranty is a huge bonus. No other company can match Castle in this department. That alone made it worth it to us. And instantly have noticed the house is cooler, and have not had to run the A/C as hard during this last heat wave. What a relief! Castle Windows is the best!
