Castle - The Window People

The job writeup failed to advise the installers that the window sills and vertical framing was rotted, so they didn't bring the material needed...They tried to use 2x4s to fill in the sill area and piece the vertical brick molding. I insisted the proper material ( sill stock not 2x4, full length brick molding not pieces. They accomodated me at no extra charge but would have proceeded with their approach, if I hadn't been there.... Also, when they arrived they brought the wrong metal coil ( used to wrap the exterior framing).

Castle is true to their word. I had some concerns with the original installation and they returned to make all corrections in a very timely manner. Working with them was a pleasure. My windows are guaranteed for the life of my condo, the guarantee is passed on to the next buyer and the price was reasonable. I am pleased with the results.

The sales personnel, measurement personnel, and installers were very knowledgeable about their products, friendly, and always worked with my schedule and showed up earlier than expected. Each step of the process was smooth, quick, and informative. I am currently performing $35,000 worth of work to my house with 5 different contractors and these guys blow every one of them out of the water with their amazing customer service, timely manner, and overall value. Thinking of using them again on several other houses once more funds become available.
