Castle - The Window People

I was very comfortable talking with sales rep. He wasn't pushy and listened to my needs and was very helpful. Worked very hard to get me the best price he could which I found to be reasonable. I'm very pleased with the outcome of doing business with Castle Windows.

Excellent finishing. Product is superb.

it is been 4 month since we installed window and door, it still has not been finished. -They didnt finish the drywall and plaster around a new window. -The sliding glass door is poorly installed. I can hear the crack sound when I close the door. -They took the side molding for the floor which was belonging to my property, now; side molding in the kitchen is unmatched with the rest of the house. -They keep delaying the service, and lying. they already cancel appointment 4 times without any notice, just doesn't show up for appointment, and even lied that they don't have appointment.

Ordered door on May 1. Man coming to measure was scheduled to arrive between 1 and 5 Pm. Did not show until 8Pm without any apology or explanation.Did not hear anything further about door until June 12 when Castle called to say they would install at 1Pm on the 13th. By 3PM when they still had not showed up, I called the office and they said installer would arrive by 4pm. Did not show until 5:30. If you have a lot of free time and don't mind waiting around, the they are okay but I have more important things to do.

They came at the end of the time frame given and seemed to be rushing to finish, didn't clean up, didn't explain product until i asked them to and now looking back believe I was over-charged for the product. The quality didn't seem what was presented to me.

The installers were professional and faced adversity when their was a miscommunication with the type of windows ordered. Involved extra work for the installers who handled this situation in a professional manner.

I�ve really love the windows that I�ve received from Castle �The Window People�. The only think I�ve didn�t like was the fact that I wanted to have full-length screens on my bay window instead of half-length screens. So I�ve called Castle and they are going to replace the screens for free, since the sales person didn�t asked me do I want full/half length screen on my windows.

I connected with Tom very well.I cannot give a rating until job is completed.

The new windows are beautiful...work easily...and the installers were thorough, clean and very pleasant. All in all....good job!

Good price and the quality of the windows seems to be good. They showed up for all appointments on time also.

I signed a contract with Castle in late March. They gave me a great estimate for six basement windows. Two weeks later they came out to measure my windows. A week after the measurement they called me to say that they could not do the job. They claimed to not have the resources to install my basement windows. They also claim to be one of the top window companies in the country. I believe that I negotiated the price too far down and they felt that the job wasn't worth it after management reviewed it. Now I've wasted a month and a half and my project urgent project has been delayed. This company is totally unprofessional and will breach contract if it's in their best interest to do so. They do not put the customer first.

Great products, delivered what they said they would when they said they would and completed the job correctly and in a timely fashion. I would recommend to anyone!

The quality of installation was superb, customer service was good, and the overall experience with Castle was great. The windows are obviously of better quality then your average window distributor. I would not hesitate to use Castle again for future window needs and recommend them to anyone looking for above average quality from start to finish.

This went very smoothly from the start. The salesman came with samples and demonstrations and told me realistically what I could expect. Since the windows are made to order, it took a while. That was ok since I was told up front when the windows would be ready for installation. After the salesman came, a person trusted with measurements came by appointment. It only took a little while for him to measure the windows. He told me that someone would be calling to set up the installation. He, too, reminded me that these were custom windows and had to be manufactured. Castle seems to have this down to a science.
