The crew that came were very efficient and friendly very good to deal with they are coming back to do my siding!!!

Two gentleman came to install the two doors I purchased. One did the majority of the work and he was meticulous. The door look great, the installer did an excellent job. He did not leave until everytihng was perfect.

Do not hire this company. After 5 months I'm still waiting for it to be completed. Of what they did install two windows leak and have ruined my automated shades. They have a million excuses except to complete the work they started and fix what they didn't install correctly.

When Castle replaced our windows the installer smeared caulk on our sofa. If he had said something to me I could have cleaned the water soluble caulk right away and would have been saved from damage. Castle sent someone out to my house TWICE to take pictures and REPEATEDLY PROMISED to pay for the Damage. BUT every time I called (about 5 times!) the person who needed to handle the problem was conveniently "not in" and I was told "someone would call me to 'work things out' ". THEY STILL HAVE NOT paid for the damages.

The work was completed in two days and I am satisfied with the product and quality of work.

The workers showed up on time and completed the job the day started. he area was clean up and all trash hauled away.

The salesman made scheduling statements that were not correct, such as when the official measurement would be performed and approximate date of installation. The negociated price was acceptable. The installation was efficient and thorough. The door is attractive and appears to be well built. I'm happy with the door, the installation and the price. The salesman will not get a Christmas card from me.

They need to work on doing the right thing for the customer. They have a habit of trying to work around the right thing to do.

I had two exterior doors installed. One fits properly. The other does not, due to a measuring error. Consequently, the "reveal" is not uniform. When I complained, Castle sent a service representative who told me that he could not fix the problem by himself but would notify higher authority. Nothing further happened. When I called to follow up on my complaint, the company representative said that someone would be returning my call. That was in July and/or August (twice). Still no callback.

The crew did a sloppy job on the window install. I didn't take a close look until days after they left. The plastic edges around the windows are out of place and ruffled in some way. The sealer they used around the windows has remained tacky even several months later. Now dirt and dust stick and I can't ever get them clean. The crew also left screws and debris all over the house. I have small children so I was very upset. They also stood on top of my kitchen counters with their boots on. The salesperson also told me the install took place completely outside, not true. I wasn't prepared inside.

They overcharged me. It was a hassle having them reimburse me. They were late for the job. The product seems to be fine. They lack in customer service.

Castle will offer you very attractive discounts at their sales call. Those discounts are only available if you sign on the spot. The work they did was great. I feel I got high quality windows for the price I expected to pay. However, given their sales tactics, I wish I had scheduled them as the last sales appointment so that I could have had more info before deciding.

The product presentation was done in a very professional manner with lots of examples on the different types of frames, glass, and workmanship out there explaining how cheaper may usually end up costing me more. I was sold. The time for the 3 basement windows to get built was reasonable and the time for the actual installs was under 2 hours. I highly recommend Castle.
