Castle - The Window People

I needed to have my patio enclosed with a slider and 9 windows and also need broken bay window replaced. I received many estimates but I thought Castle gave me the most realistic estimate without the sales pitch per my request. The installation was completed in one day, they performed all work requested, cleaned up after them selves and the patio looks amazing. I really couldn't be happier the overall experience. I have had multiple leaks in 2 box windows and there continues to be a problem. Two weeks ago the frame of the master bedroom window was removed exposing mold and water stain. It was decided that the the window sill had to be replaced and some damaged plaster board had to be replaced. The condo repair people were also at this visit to not miss anything. There was a phone conversation with a manager and it seemed that everyone was on the same page. A meeting was to be set up to lay out what had to be done and when it was going to happen. This past Friday a manager came (he wasn't prepared) .

The work has not been completed (is scheduled though) but the customer service to date has been very good. Mr. George Moses (the sales rep who visited my home) did an excellent job of explaining the product and although we were not quite ready to commit, his exceptional salesmanship helped us decide to go with his company.

This was the first time we ever had replacement windows. Castle Windows gave us a sense of truthfulness where other vendors did not. They were professional and informative and the install happened within 3 weeks. The Installers were polite and very careful with our home. There was virtually no cleanup necessary after they left. Both the interior and exterior of the windows looked professionally finished. I would definitely recommend Castle. Also, I can already tell our A/C is not cycling as often! Tangible benefits to new windows.

I appreciated the info the salesman gave us I felt like it was a pushy sales pitch. I didn't like being forced to make a decision that day. He said "this price is only good now" once I leave the price goes up. REALLY??!! I responded wont buy now. IF I buy later I will deal with that. After packing his car he comes with I "talked" to my boss and gives me a much lower price. That bothered me but I really liked the windows so I bough them. The install was awesome except for one mistake which was fixed. They also were not very neat. I have called for serv twice and its been great windows!

The crew that replaced 9 windows in my home were courteous professional craftsmen. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess that can be made when doing this kind of work. The quality of the window speaks for itself. I'm so glad that my husband convinced me that we should get this type from this company. We spent over a year looking, researching windows, and getting bids from contractors and "window" companies. I would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them.

The installers were very competent. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time getting the job done. They replaced one existing door and cut framed and installed second door. The quality of the work is excellent and the doors they build are top notch.
