The product is what I expected. The issues arose from the salesman to the customer service. They measured windows, took our specifics for style/model and then sent the wrong windows. Then customer service says it is my fault for the wrong windows when I had it in writing on the contract. Was to get everything fixed but they lost a window, then broke a window so it took 3 visits after installation to get the job done. Only person that didn?t blame me for the errors was the customer service supervisor.

Price for the size of the 3 windows was very, very high. Install was good. Window quality just average, I expected more for the price.

Installers were an amazing, hard-working team. I have not had to utilize customer service as the install was just one month ago. To me, the real test and important thing are how the windows perform over the next 20 years.

The three installers worked hard, long, and seemlessly as a well oiled team. I like the new windows as they look great, seal tightly, and also have reduced traffic noise I have not needed to contact customer service since the install was just last month. The real test will be how the windows perform in the coming ten to twenty years.

Our sales rep. went over and beyond for us. The price was higher then we thought but we also don't know how high, high is.

This company called and said they wont do my project because it is a rental property. Said people who rent houses destroy doors and they do not want to have to come back out for their warranty. Discrimination to boot and not even true. Just do your job and install the door. This just smacked of bigotry and it is disgusting in 2019.

Absolutely Excellent! From start to finish they were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Their salesman was extremely knowledgable and made sure that we were informed of our choices. THe installation crew was extremely good and made sure any and all repairs were accomplished, the door was installed properly, and that were happy with the door and the installation. Most impressive is the lifetime guarantee on the door! Fantastic experience and we will definitely recommend Castle!

Fact: Windows ordered June 22, 2018. Install completed February 1, 2019 (7 months, 10 days). Castle did come through in the end, but this is excessive. If that is acceptable to you, then read on. Summary: We selected Castle from other providers because we felt they had the best product. Based on my experience with their customer service, I doubt the quality of the windows. They continually refer to their 30+ year history, but I found the trouble to get closure on the installation excessive. After a lot of effort on my part, and the involvement of the Director of Operations, the window replacement project was completed. I did have a large project, 25 windows and 3 doors. Note that Castle does not manufacture or install the windows, they act as the middle-man between the contracted manufacturer and contracted installers. This is not made clear in the sales pitch. Details: Although I was verbally promised a one-day completion time for the replacement, the contract stated two days. I expressed my surprise that such a large project could be completed in only one day, but I was reassured by numerous individuals that only one day would be required. It took a bit more time. The first install (one day). August 27, 2018. In addition to doing a terrible job in attempting to install the windows, they discovered that the internal springs in the windows were all broken. Since they had removed seven old windows, they installed the broken windows. They departed while Castle determined the next step. Second install (four days). September 19, 2018. The second install team arrived with repaired windows. There were several issues that needed to be corrected from the first install, but this team did a much better job. Other than stated above, we experienced the following issues: 1) Due to state law, certain windows needed to be tempered (as stated in the contract), but they arrived with normal glass. 2) We ordered black windows. I now understand that vinyl only comes in white or beige and that our windows would be painted black, but the salesman left us with the impression that it would be black vinyl hence the delayed install date. The problem is that even minor scratches show through the black paint. Some scratches were covered with touch-up paint, but it doesn't look good. 3) A bottle of touch-up paint broke inside one of the boxes and covered the window. The excess paint was removed from the glass, but it is still visible on the frame. 4) Promised that installers would clean the windows. Although the installers did move a cloth across the glass, they were certainly not cleaned. Every window had smudge marks and fingerprints from the installers. We have since cleaned ourselves, but another broken promise. 5) Only half the windows had screens provided. Eventually, the remaining screens were installed. I got about 4 quotes to replace 3 windows in our house. They had the best price and quality combination. The salesman and installers were very prompt and professional. The install was super quick and they were very clean. My only complaint is that it took 3 months to get the windows installed.

Responsive. Did a nice job. Returned quickly to replace a defective view port in the door. They will call on occasion to follow up and ask if there are other projects needed.

Thought the door was expensive. It is well worth it. The install was excellent. The installer was courteous, efficient and very clean. There was no cleanup for us. The door is terrific. No more drafts or leaks. I highly recommend them

Very professional yet they said a crew would come to install 10 windows and would only take a few hours to install...instead it was one man, very nice professional man, but took 10 hours!! Had they told me it would take that long fine, but lying to me about the length of time to install irritated me. Other than that all went very well. Love my windows

good windows, they do seem like good quality. their salesmen definitely have a big speil but they explain their product pretty well. installed ontime professionally.

Sales - good (got me to sign contract. Knows his stuff) Sales after signing - bad (horrible follow up. He'll answer a question then after second email just forward responses from others with not body email) Customer service - ridiculous (we had to wait 3 months to finally get windows installed. Again lack of follow up after numerous attempts of contact via email and phone calls then they canceled 1st window installation and refused to squeeze us in anywhere that would accommodate our schedules which we already altered with work in order to be present. Another days pay lost.) Windows - great (great quality) Installers - phenomenal (Alfredo and Miguel were just freaking amazing. Made sure arrived on time. Very courteous. Cleaned up after every window and perfect job well done).

It took too long to complete the job over two months

Our new windows are EXCELLENT!!! We see such a difference in the house. No drafts!! Stays warm throughout the day! We had a minor issue and they promptly took care of it. Excellent customer service!! I will highly recommend this company to family and friends.
