It took a few weeks from measurements to install. and then a few more to het our door handle installed because ot was never ordered. I dont think this was the typical experience and would call tjem again for another job.

They fulfilled our expectations and were much more affordable than some of the other options we looked at. The windows are all custom, and there warranty is amazing. Life of the building, transferable warranty to any future owner of the house. We are confident this will add significant value to our home.

Windows came too big. Do not let this company reframe your windows, send the windows back.

This company will not follow their own contract. If you try to cancel the contract, they will ignore your request and state that you did not follow the rules. If you refuse their service, they will attempt threaten you with court actions. If you want windows or doors, please use someone else, you will get a better quality.

Entire team provided courteous & thoughtful & expert service all the way around replacement of 2 doorways in my antique home. The salesman, measured, & installers were all very considerate of the special qualities & needs of my 1872 built home.I am happy with each of them & the quality of the entire product. Will recommend to others.

Salesman would not listen to my needs. Very rude

I was very pleased with the completed job and would recommend Castle. However, the salesman was a irritating. When I mentioned another manufacturer he said basically that they were out of my league and implied I couldn’t afford them. Besides being rude, I think that is insulting. I regret that I didn’t tell him so and call the other manufacturer which btw I could have afforded !

I am very disappointed in the exterior door with side panels that was installed today. There is a lot of black insulation all around the white of the side panels and at the bottom of the door. It is quite unattractive. The door has a fan window. The panes are about 3 apart from each other. The door is green on the outside, and white on the inside. The panes only line up with each other if you are looking at them straight on, which one doesnt happen very often. My husband and I are elderly and felt very pressured by the two salesmen. We HAD to decide then and there, the price came down several times, and we capitulated and placed our order. We regretted it immediately, but the men told us that they personally would lose money if we cancelled our order within the 3 day time limit for cancellation. We fell for that, too. Hopefully the door will be airtight and worth the large sum of money we paid, but the aesthetics of the door, fan window, and side panels are very disappointing. We tried to call our salesmen several times to discuss things with them -- one of them had even given us his phone number, but every time we called we were put off and given to someone else. That is flat out not what we would characterize as good customer service. It was as if the two men had simply disappeared. We were asked to rate the place before the door was even installed. Im so glad i did not do so. We discovered after the door was installed that the key to the locks did not fit the deadbolt and that it had no key at all. we had to wait over two weeks to get the situation remedied. The man who was to fix the air called us the morning of the installation and told us that he had not been sent the correct items. He offered to replace both locks and he also offered to give us two extra keys since we have paid to have extras made before we knew they didnt work. It was a very kind offer and we took him up on it. He was pretty much the best part of our experience with Castle.

They are very unresponsive. They would not call me back , gave me the run around and I had to demand to talk to someone. When I tried to cancel they ignored me most likely hoping that I would run out of time to cancel.

The salesman was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! My doors came in 30 days before they promised. Yuri my installer was so polite and dedicated to make my doors fit perfectly! Cleanup was also done professionally.

I was very pleased with initial work and order but one of my windows got cracked they come with lifetime warranty took longer to set up appt. for replacement then it did do to schedule all 13 windows. Great work and quality on initial install poor follow upon on repairs

Knowlegable

Windows are beautiful and were installed quickly.

My husband and I ordered a new front door for our home. On the day of install we realized the door was wrong but they had already taken the old door down. We had no choice but to let them install the new door. We contacted customer service and we were basically told too bad because we signed the contract. We figured out our sales rep wrote down the wrong model number on the contract we signed. We even asked him before we signed it if that was correct. That same day after the install we noticed there was damage on the front of it. We contacted customer service again to try and at least get the damage fixed. We have not heard anything from them about that. One of their employees did come out to our house recently to have a look and the first thing he noticed is that the installation is wrong. Again, we made some phone calls and we got a call back with an offer to replace the door with the one we picked out but we would have to pay them $100. They wanted us to give them more money to fix their mistakes.

Responsive, professional and very knowledgeable.

Our Sales person thoroughly explained the benefits of their product line to make our decision easier. The products were delivered/installed a couple of days before promised so this was a plus. The folks who completed the installation were very good and cleaned up after. My only compliant is the almost weekly follow-up calls asking about additional business opportunities at my location.

The windows are excellent and the work performed is good.

I have only accepted their bid. The project will not be finished for at least 6 weeks since the doors have to be made.

I've used them twice and they do excellent work!

I can't speak to quality because the work was not completed. The salesperson was very pushy and would not leave. He also tried to charge more than what I knew the product should cost.
