I had new patio doors installed leading to a balcony on the second floor. The quality of the door is excellent and the work crew were on time and very professional. I gave a 4.0 instead of 5.0 because the salesman assured me that the work crew would bring material sufficient to protect my newly installed wood floor, but they did not. Luckily, I had covered my floors with builder's paper. When the crew moved the patio door onto to second floor, they actually scraped the builder's paper lifting it from the floor. Fortunately, the builder's paper and not my floor was damaged.

Ian and Rick came out and gave a professional demonstration and explanation of the product. We felt that after listening to their information and seeing the windows it was a good product and made the purchase. Great salesmen selling a good product without the pressure. Canâ t wait to get them installed.

The Salesman was great and knew his product well. The installation will be done within a week or two.

Representative came, gave him our order in early August, Two windows were installed a month later. Installer forgot the screens. We're STILL waiting for the screens. Guess I'll get them in the for the next snow fall.

Watch closely during installation to make sure they do good work.

We purchased 6 windows. Sufficient number of men to do the job. Worked smoothly and quickly. Polite. Only recommendation is that they clean up more thoroughly. We found 8 screws and small debris under windows.

Nice quality and done in a timely fashion. only down side is lack of secured locking on screens. they are easily moved.

This is the worst company to deal with! All they do is string you along. I have been having issues with both of my sliding doors (I have 2 sets) for over two years. They just cannot seem to get it right. They will come out and change one glass panel and it will not match the second glass panel in the same door. I will have to wait another 3 months to get the glass they should have ordered the first time. That comes in, and it takes 2 months to get it installed. My kitchen sliders where installed incorrectly from the beginning and did not work properly. There has been at least 10 people out to my house including supervisors over the last 5 years and all they do is say that the door needs adjusting and they put dish soap in the track, a day later I have the exact same problem, trying to open and close the door. They replaced the glass panels in the kitchen with a penal that has a broken shade lever and it remains to this day. Another supervisor came out to the house and established that the kitchen door was installed wrong and that the whole door had to be replaced. 7 weeks later, I call Castle and they tell me that a glass panel is in order, A GLASS PANEL! I asked to speak with the manager of Castle, Jon B. gets on the phone and tells me **to not worry, we are going to change the whole door, we are going to fix this problem once and for all, and that it will take two weeks for the new doors to arrive** That was on June 7th, it is now September, and I have heard NOTHING from Castle. The manager Jon B., will lie through his teeth. This whole company is full of it! Like I said this is going on for two years and five years total. Anyone doing business with this company will regret it.

The capping of the windows was done in a less than satisfactory manner. I contacted them to complain. They asked me to email pictures of the problem. After almost a week later I have not heard from them.

Work looks good. Cleaned up after job. Polite. Punctual.
