The service itself was wonderful. Having them show up to do the work was another matter. It could have been an issue of timing, stong winds taking down mass quantities of leaves all at once, causing Elite to get backlogged. A reasonable excuse...but getting a return phone call was like pulling teeth and a simple phone call on Elite's part to inform me my services would be pushed back would have gone a long way in getting them a 4 or 5 star rating. If you dont mind having to be on top of them to come do the work then I would suggest them for your project, they do good work. If you want someone more reliable that can also do a good job than....

The people we contracted to maintain our lawn just stopped coming. After 4 weeks I went to Servicemagic and was recommended to Elite Gardens Landscaping. I called Jeromy and he arranged it so he could stop by and meet with me that day. He discussed in detail the work that he would do and the pricing which was very reasonable. The next morning he and his crew were at my home and by mid-day my lawn had been cut, weeds had been pulled and bushes trimmed. I cannot compliment this company enough. LAWN CUT TWICE SO FAR, VERY RELIABLE , I'D LIKE TO DO MORE WORK WITH JEROMY SMITH!

Good price and nice job - they cut to a nice length and don't butcher the lawn like my last lawn service did! Their work is above and beyond - I was very pleased to notice that they had also removed some brush I had accumulated in the back of the yard - I didn't expect that but it was appreciated!

He sent somebody to clean the snow almost immediatly. Thaks.

Mr Smith sent someone over immediately to provide and estimate and then they stayed to do the work after we approved the estimate. They were so good, we got rid of the person who had been doing our driveway for a couple of years and hired Elite Gardens going forward.
