David Cleaves did a superb job of managing our painting project and everything turned out great. We had all of the dark interior woodwork painted white. The painters did an excellent job and went above and beyond to insure the dark was completely covered and the new paint would not chip off. I highly recommend Monks and David Cleaves.

Monks Home Improvements are top notch, the workers are all meticulous to detail, they have very competitive prices and very professional services. I had very complex custom molding installed on a tray ceiling in my master bedroom as well as crown molding and chair rails with shadow box moldings on my staircase and living room, the crew headed up by Jose were just suburb in their precision and attention to detail with carpentry and painting, I would also like to give a shout out to Ward who setup the projects, and Jose and his fantastic team of carpenters and painters. If you want any type of carpentry or painting done Monks is the place to go. Will be doing more business with them in the near future.

We engaged Monk's to undertake a major remodeling of our kitchen, powder room, mud room and vestibule. This included new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new tile floors and painting. This was a major job and was completed in exactly 5 weeks. The workers were there every day on time working from 8:00am to 5:30pm. They were professional and highly skilled in tiling, carpentry and painting and did a quality job. Special thanks to Isaac, Diego, Jaime, Oscar and Juan Carlos for their excellent, professional work . We also want to extend special thanks to Nicole Thomas, the Kitchen Designer, who prepared a functional and very livable plan for the new kitchen and to Bill Buckner, the Project Manager, who was at the kitchen multiple times to ensure that the work was progressing. Both were very professional and very easy to work with. We have heard so many horror stories about big renovation projects that have gone awry or have dragged on without end. Monk's delivered on their promise for both a timely completion of this major project as well as a professional job that we are very happy with. We highly recommend Monk's for any home projects. We would use them again for any future home renovation projects.

My wife and I put off remodeling the kitchen for years partly because we didnâ t want to deal with the inconvenience of living without a kitchen for a long period and partly because we couldnâ t find a contractor that we were confident with. We had heard so many horror stories from friends and neighbors about long delays and inferior work. That all changed when we went to Monksâ Design Center in Morristown and met Design consultant Marien Ronan. She came out to our house several times and created a few different floor plans. Marien helped us pick tile and cabinets, light fixtures, paint colors, and gave suggestions on appliances. She was always available whenever we needed her and was never upset with all the changes we made to the original plan. Project Manager, Bill Buckner, and his staff were equally as tremendous. Bill provided me with a plan and timetable and kept to it. They actually finished the project a day or two early. All of the craftsmen that did work in the house, whether they were painters, or floor tile installers, electricians, plumbers, demolition, were professional and personable. All the work was done with as little mess and inconvenience to us as possible. Whatever issues we may have had, they were few and minor, were immediately resolved. Every bit of their work met or excided our expectations. I not only would use Monks again but plan on doing so in the very near future. I wholeheartedly recommend Monks with no reservations.

Last year I used Monk's to renovate my kitchen. Because I was very satisfied with the results and my experience with them, I again recently hired Monk's to renovate my bathroom and paint a bedroom. I was not disappointed. Courtney Tripoldi from the design studio was very helpful in guiding me through the selection of items I needed. Bill Buckner, the project manager, helped to make the project run smoothly and with quality workmanship. Bill addressed all my concerns. The workman were efficient and produced beautiful results.
