I have been a home owner over sixty years and hired many contractors. As you know this can be a daunting task. But I found Monk's~! Rich Ressa, Monk's estimator arrived to assess the job and prepare the contract. He was pleasant and accommodating, answering all my questions and putting me at ease. He explained the process so I would know what to expect. On the start date he introduced me to Cristian and his crew. Their work ethic was so professional, no muss - no fuss~! When the job was completed (on-time) Rich returned to make sure I was pleased with the results. If you need a contractor- look no further than Monks!

i have owned my house 40 years and have used many paint or repair companies and this was truly the first time the job was done exactly like promised and in the tine frame given. Jason Salmon came to my home and assessed the work. This young man was very professional, yet made you feel like he was a family member with his kind mannerism and patience. He was always available to me and was on top of everything. The foreman I was assigned was Tito who once again was always available and explained everything. Some work was also done in the house and it was amazing how they covered everything all the way into the room they were working in. They showed such respect for the home. When every job was complete, the person doing it walked through with me to make sure I was happy. I even took pictures of how they set up the room with plastic to show my family and friends. When it was all done, I heard from Jason immediately , asking if everything was as promised and if I was happy with the job. If 10 stars could be given, they would get them. They have a great team of workers and a great time of organizers.

Our new kitchen is beautiful! Melissa helped us through the design and Bill and his boys made it happen, offering us solutions that fit our family's needs. They always left our home cleaner than when they got there and finished before they projected that they would. Our project manager, Bill, communicated with us constantly and made what we thought would be a huge disruption to our lives, a painless experience. Every inspection and trade was scheduled and monitored by Bill; we never had to take off work. I have already recommended Monks to others, and will continue to do so. Excellent craftsmanship and professional service.

Monks was well organized. Maria Hernandez came to my house and gave me an estimate that was itemized and easy to read and sent everything by email for my records and go over with my husband. She got back to me when I asked, and stopped by multiple times to check on the job. She introduced me to the head of the carpentry crew and painting crew. I had rotted wood replaced and my house painted. When the carpenters were done, then the power washer came, then paint crew started. After the job, there was a quality assurance check. Very happy with the result. I thought they would be too expensive but were not. They were the middle estimate of the 3 I got.

Great people to work with. Ryan, the contractor, handles everything and responds quickly to any questions you might have. The painters were neat, quick and accurately painted the trim using the colors in the correct locations. I've received many compliments on their work. I would highly recommend the Monk's crew.
