Air Treatment System

Description of Work: We had a strong odor in one of our room's which prompted me to call Andy. He immediately returned my call on a Saturday and 1 hour later he was at my house. Andy quickly identified the problem, a disconnected pipe in my attic which caused water leakage over the room. He fixed it and told me how to take care of the smell once the wood dries. Although I offered, he would not take any money. This guy is a true professional and gentleman!

Description of Work: We had some water stains in the plywood under the roof. We also had some black spots on the beams in the attic. We had to address it to sell our house. Andy came to the rescue. He srubbed off the algie and seal the wood. He also provided a professional letter the described the treatement, which satisfied the buyer.

Description of Work: I had a mold problem in my unfinished attic/crawl space. Andy came and gave us a quote to clean, disinfect, and encapsulate the area. He also arranged for ventilation to be installed in the attic to prevent future moisture buildup. He patiently answered all our questions and concerns. Andy returned on the agreed upon date right on time and he did a great job cleaning the affected areas and he stayed true to his quote. He was professional, honest, clean, quick, and courteous. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Look no further. Andy was the most honest person I dealt. I had minor mold spotting in my crawl and roof. 2 other contractors wanted to fog the whole areas. Andy took his time to diagnose the issue. Other contractors were upselling me on services Andy pointed out to be not necessary. Good guy.
