Awesome. Andy and his team were great from day 1. He came twice to check out the house and provided detailed and thorough estimates. For each appointment and the service he was timely about staying in contact with me so we could make sure everyone was home. The service was great - Andy and his team were there for just the day, but were on time and made sure to not only put down tarps and sheets, but cleaned up afterwards. Several times throughout the service, Andy showed me the problems and why they needed to be fixed helping me understand the ventilation in our attic. The work was great - the house looks perfect after a power washing and the ventilation change from the attic work is remarkable. The service even required two follow up visits (trim around new attic steps) and finishing the power washing. I couldn't be more happy with the work and Andy's team. I HIGHLY recommend you use Andy for anytime having to do with attics. It's confusing sometimes and they really were great.

Nice guy. But, he told me how to clean it and what I can do. I guess he thought that by doing so he could save money. I wanted him to clean it. I essentially paid $35 to have him come to my house and let me know that I need to clean out my crawl space, insulate and lay do vapor barrier. I already knew this. He left without any follow up or quoting me any price.

Andy was exceptionally professional and diligent. He hauled out all the insulation and vacuumed up everywhere he could. We were very happy with the outcome.

His competent team removed my old carpet and pad, and primed and painted my walls, ceilings and floors. You are in very good hands with Andy. He will tell you like it is. If you have a mold issue, he will be quick to identify and treat it. And, if you don't, he will not try to sell you services that you don't need. Unlike certain other air treatment companies, Andy is a no-nonsense guy and he will be honest in his assessment.

Andy was more than professional. He was quick in his response on calling back. He was very accommodating in scheduling an appointment at his next available time which happened to be a weekend. Once he arrived on time he was thorough in his inspection and very informative. Andy went as far as looking into other areas of the house to see if we had any developing issues. This job in particular will require a bigger scope and therefore may require another type of contractor. I would recommend Andy in heartbeat for his scope of work.

Andy is so polite, punctual, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. It was a pleasure to work with him. The job was a dirty one, but he and his crew worked diligently and efficiently, until the job was done, it took a day. The area was all cleaned up (a major pet peeve of mine is a messy work area left behind). We also had an ozone generator in the studio for overnight and Andy was, again, on time and polite and working with our schedule, even though it was the weekend and he had an extremely busy schedule, as well. He was in constant email contact for any questions. His truck is well-kept. I appreciated the respect he showed the crew, which made for a pleasant working environment for everyone. I called Andy and he answered the phone on the 1st try. He came out and inspected the attic and my crawl space. He also pointed out some problems in my crawl space that needed immediate attention which nobody else told me about. He came to my home on time, did the work and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would definately recommend him.

Andy responded promptly for my request for evaluation and options for remediation of an old 'cold cellar' in my mother's home. As an Angie's list member living 500+ miles away from my mother's home, it was reassuring to be able to use Angie's list to find contractors. Andy arrived on time for the inspection of the basement area and was professional in his offering of options for remediation. When I indicated that there were health concerns for my mother during the cleaning process, he demonstrated how he would secure the area and scrub the air in order to minimize any health risks for my mother. He provided a detailed proposal of his work and worked with my brother and I to be available to execute the work on a date that fit our schedules. The work was done as promised, thoroughly and professionally as promised. Andy also offered to leave the air scrubbing equipment in place an additional day to ensure that my mother would not incur any health issues from the site cleaning. I want to thank Andy and his team for working with us to clean this area and most importantly completing the work without any health risks to my mother. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to work with them in the future should any additional mold remediation work is needed.

Andy arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly was able to assess the situation and recommended a course of remediation. This he told us we could handle ourselves and told us exactly what to do. He was happy to talk about mold remediation and provide his expertise free of charge. He invested travel time to get to and from the house in addition to the time he spent with us. He definitely knows his business and I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.

I contacted ATS when I suspected mold in one of my air vents. Andy answered immediately and after I explained the issue, he advised he could come out the next morning. Many other companies charge a "diagnostic fee" and when I asked Andy about how much it would cost, he advised me he only charges if he actually does work. He showed up early, inspected the area and performed a moisture test. Based on his professional opinion, he believed it was a minor issue and that my initial clean-up of the area resolved the problem. We agreed I would re-check the area and contact him if it came back. He was as professional as can be.
