Did a very thorough job on our carpets and upholstery. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They did an excellent job. I have used this company before and find the technique much better than steam cleaning. The carpets are much cleaner deep down, especially the berber carpet on concrete. The work was done promptly and professionally, and we were given a senior discount.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone, likewise when he came to do the service. Told me "upfront" about potential problems with carpet. The work was performed quickly and neatly and I am very happy with the result. Price was excellent.

When I called, Tom set up an appointment for the next day to come to the house, inspect the carpeting we wanted cleaned, and give us an estimate. When he came, he also explained the process and asked if we had any questions. We set up an appointment, and Tom and a helper came promptly at the agreed upon date and time. Tom explained what was causing some of the soiling of our carpets. He and his helper moved the furniture, cleaned the carpeting, and put the furniture back in place, all within 2 1/2 hours. Because it was a humid, blustery day, we could not open the windows to help the carpets dry within the expected time, but they did dry completely within a reasonable amount of time. The end results were far superior to any previous cleaning other companies had done in the past. We are very pleased. Besides the great cleaning job, Tom also gave us some valuable information on carpet care, animal accidents, etc. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone who needs carpets cleaned.

They did an excellent job overall. They provided an estimate over the phone based on my measurements and confirmed the amount before starting the job. They showed up on time and were very professional. They were clean and careful of our belongings. I will definitely use them again.

A week later, everything seems fine. The company corrected a mistake made by another company who use steam cleaning (I found tem recommended on Angie's list, also.). Ever since the other company cleaned my family room carpet in February, it has become increasingly dirtier. I decided that I would try a dry cleaning method to see if it could solve the problem. The gentleman from Ultra Dry explained that a berber on concrete tends to draw the moisture from the concrete to the surface, along with any residue left in the carpet from the previous cleaning. When we walk on the carpet, that aggravates the problem. The family room carpet looks so much better now, though there will always be a graying quality in the worn areas. I was happy with this result and will probably go back to Ultra Dry instead of steam cleaning. The company charged me the minimum for a service call ($125 minus a 10% discount for Angie's List members), so I asked them to take some spots out of the living room carpet.

Owner, Tom, got back to me promptly and came out to give me an estimate, explained service and with my permission, cleaned a small area. He was courteous and friendly. The quoted price was above some but not outrageous and I did get a 10% Angie's List discount. He worked with my scheduled which was a tight one and they came out on a Sunday. Son, CJ and another worker arrived on time and explained process. They worked thoroughly and did a good job. Again they were courteous and friendly and the carpets look great. I would definitely have them back.

They were very pleasant people and I would recommend them. The price was reasonable and they were responsive.

Provider was delayed by customer before me and he called to notify me of the delay. Showed up and got to work. Did work in an efficient way and finished when he estimated he would finish. Carpets are clean and ready for prospective buyers to view the townhouse. Great experience.

I contacted Tom about an ink stain on my brand new couch. He was super-great on the phone. Took time to talk with me about what I'd already done about the stain. (unfortunately I'd been given bad advice to start with from the stain protection warranty people - that's a whole other story - because ink isn't covered under the contract). Tom suggested that I contact the place where I got the furniture to see if they could get me a cover for the cushion for cheaper than his base cleaning price would be. And that did turn out to be the case - so I didn't use Tom - but I plan to call him when I need my carpets cleaned.

The service was excellent. My carpets and rugs look like new. I have a very busy house with lots of teenagers and two large dogs. They got all the stains and odors out. They showed up on time, were very professional, and the price was competitive (I got three bids and they were in the middle). I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again.

They did a great job! My steps look amazing. All the stains came out of my carpets. They were friendly and on-time. The carpets dried very fast. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom picked up both rugs and returned them in 10 days or so. The first rug had a cat urine stain that improved but not removed, and the second rug required a second cleaning to remove remaining dirt on the fringe border.
