Tom was was prompt, courteous & honest. Cleaning job on both carpets & upholstery were thorough & well done. Both look great.

Tom and his assistant were friendly. Paid over $400 and was unhappy with the results. I called him and he said he would return on a certain date, but he never did. And he has never contacted me again.

Tom and his assistant Vince did an excellent job. The white upholstery in our living room was quite soiled, as was the white carpet in the family room. Tom and Vince first vacuumed everything thoroughly, and then they "dry cleaned" everything. Everything looks amazing. We have had Ultra Dry do our carpets for the last several years, and we are always pleased. Also, Tom gave us a discount and did not charge to clean the ottoman. He is terrific.

There were stains on our new white carpet from a new coffee table. The finish on legs was not fully dry. Tom knew exactly what to do and was done within 30 mins. He was very pleasant to work with.

Texted ahead with time of arrival. Both very polite and worked well together. Appointment 9:00, came about 9:15, but texted ahead.

I needed my carpets cleaned very badly so I contacted Tom at Ultra Dry Carpet Cleaning on Monday.He explained in detail what he would do and gave me an estimate by my description over the phone.We set it up for the following day for 9:30 am he showed up early and ready to work.He explained what was going to come up and what wasn't due to the age of the rugs.He gave me a price and stuck to it.Him and his help were done within an hour and a half and was on his way. When my fiance got home several hours later she was highly satisfied,so thank you Tom for making me look good on making a good choice. I would highly recommend using this company.

It all went very well. Tom has done our carpets before, and we are always very pleased with the result. He arrived on time and set right to work with his assistant. The carpets are all white, and they look as good as new. He spent extra time on our very soiled hallway, and even cleaned the stain off my husband's front passenger seat.

On purchase, the rugs looked rather nasty - not just traffic, but all sorts of stains were also included in that purchase price! I didn't end up using them, so I really can't say good or bad.

This was the second time we've used Ultra Dry and they provided superlative performance on both occasions. Each of our oriental rugs were relatively large, with one having experienced water staining along the fringe. Ultra Dry was able to remove the stains, which is noteworthy in that another provider had failed to remove them several years ago. Ultra Dry came to the house, picked-up the rugs, and returned them on schedule and for the price originally quoted. Cleaning for each rug was in the $300 range, which we feel is a very reasonable value -- especially having had a less-than-stellar experience with the previous service we employed. As oriental rugs are usually expensive items that one expects to last for decades (hopefully), we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Moreover, we feel confident in Ultra Dry and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Their work was okay, but they were professional.

On or around 6/27 I contacted Tom to schedule the appointment. He was very friendly, did a great job of explaining the service and gave a very fair estimate. After comparing with others, I decided to schedule with Tom. I explained that I travel quite a bit and had a hard calendar to schedule - we found the one day that would work after I got back from the airport and before my company arrived. (Today) To be fair, Tom left messages while I was out of town (without detail - so I didn't know if just confirming appointment vs. experiencing an issue). I got the message this morning (at 2 AM) when I got home from the airport and I returned the call first thing this morning (7 AM). He indicated there was a conflict with the 12 noon timeframe and asked if they could come sooner or later (still today). I indicated that later would be better as I was having the air ducts cleaned this morning. He said he would speak with the staff member and call me back with a time for this afternoon. At noon I still had not heard back, so I called and left a message. Within 30 minutes someone called (wife?) who indicated Tom was on vacation and couldn't call and that the individual scheduled to clean my carpets had an eye appointment this afternoon and couldn't make it. She had no alternatives for me and, given that my guest arrives tomorrow, I am left sitting here with dirty carpets and ZERO time to make alternative arrangments - if Tom had at least told me in the morning when we spoke that there was no way anyone could come today, I might have had a chance of getting someone else in to do this. I'm not sure how someone who was scheduled to clean my carpet at noon could have had an eye appointment already scheduled with a doctor 2 hours away in the afternoon and Tom wouldn't have known of the conflict when we spoke. (This assumes someone couldn't have and quot;suddenlyand quot; scheduled an eye appointment...) I understand emergencies happen, but this really doesn't seem to have been one (since Tom called several days ago and thought there would be capacity later in the day as late as this morning)...and I'm very disappointed that what started out so well devolved into an unsatisfactory experience, compounded by the lack of communication (which is my real complaint here).

The estimator, Doug, came out as scheduled. Excellent professionalism, and we had a very good discussion on the services/options to be provided, set up an appointment, and determined the price (with appropriate discounts). The actual service call was on time, and Tom the owner was in attendance. Tom was exceptionally knowledgeable and informative about dirt deposits, stains, treatment, explaining how the carpet and quot;filtersand quot; dirt (why there are darker lines on steps and under closet doors), and more - good tips for maintenance. The home is a 3 BR / 2.5 BA rental unit (townhome) with mostly carpet (some tile downstairs). Service took about 2 hours. The team vacuumed thoroughly prior to treatment, sprayed an enzyme for pet fumigation downstairs (previous tenant had a large dog), provided excellent spot treatment, and the ~10 y/o carpets came out fantastically well. I am very happy with the process and finished product and would recommend the service to anyone. Good value. As a follow up comment, I needed to close up the property (windows) for a week after the treatment. When I came back to the home, I could still detect some pet odor. I called Tom and explained the situation, and he immediately came over and reapplied the enzyme to the downstairs carpets and ventilation system (for circulation) free of charge. This was greatly appreciated as I had tenants walking through for a home inspection the next day. Thanks Tom, appreciate the great service.

I called Ultra Dry on a recommendation from Angie's List. They service my area and they actually drove an hour away to clean the large area rug at my vacation home. I let them have the key and they returned it to me later the same day. I went down there later and it was so clean. I was going to replace it later this year but I might wait and have them clean it again in Sept. so it is ready for next season!

They were on time, friendly and respectful of our home. The whole process took about 4 hours. But I was suspicious of how a buffer pad could absorb much dirt verses a typical carpet cleaner using canisters of liquid cleaner. I inquired as to where the and quot;dirtand quot; went and was shown a pad which was hardly grey in color. I rented a store type cleaner and went back over the carpet in one of the rooms they and quot;cleanedand quot;. Sure enough, I filled the canister with brown dirty water. So much for the magic buffer! I would never use that type of carpet cleaning service again.

We have light colored carpet in four of the five rooms cleaned, and on the stairs. We rescue Siberian Huskys and there were some serious stain issues. Tom and assistant thoroughly vacuumed before applying the neutral pH treatments which left the carpets like new. The stains were removed. The carpeta were dry in about an hour. These men are professional, honest, knowledgeable and competent. Most importantly, my wife was delighted to see the results when she returned home.

My Great Dane stayed with a friend of mine while I was on vacation. While at my friend's home, our dog suffered from seperation anxiety and decided to leave a few "pools" for my friend to deal with. I immediately looked for the top carpet cleaner for price and service on Angie's List and discovered Ultra Dry Carpet Cleaners. They exceeded my expectations and my friend's. Her carpets look brand new and there are no signs of my dog's accidents. I would definitely use them again. In fact I know I will. Completely a top notch professional company.
