Description of Work: The owner came with an assistant and completed all the work I had submitted to him on a list which consisted of removing existing toilet, installing a new toilet, patching up several holes in the drywall and removing two outdoor light fixtures and replacing them with new ones. It went well, they arrived on time and got the work done. The owner was very personable and friendly and his assistant who worked on the toilet, which turned out to be a big job, consistently worked on the difficulties encountered with the job and got it done perfectly.
