Description of Work: Nice and professional rep. However the job was sloppy and I didn't feel I got nearly $400 worth of grouting. The area I had done was small and I feel they were overpriced. The grout started crack about a year later. Bummer :(

Description of Work: Made several attempts to set a date for service. We settled on a price and I can be very flexible with the time and our last conversation left it that I would be contacted by email with an appointment. Started this process in February and there has been no contact. I called Handyman of northern NJ today and I have an appointment for a few days from now . I would not recommend Sir Grout.
