Charlie was awesome!!! He arrived on time, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting the job. Charlie was was also very neat while working and was respectful of my home. We had an issue with damaged travertine in our bathroom due to using a grout cleaner that claimed to be for natural stone, specifically travertine. It wasn’t - it damaged and stained it. Charlie honed it and resealed it. He was able to fix the problem and it turned out great, he also cleaned our ceramic tile floor in the kitchen and also recolored the grout. Lastly, he cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops and regrouted the backsplash. We highly recommend Sir Grout of Montvale and will call them for all future issues. If you are fussy and like things done correctly the first time with no drama, call them. You won’t be disappointed!

Charlie, the technician, looked at my shower floor and recommended that I should not repair it. He inspected the tiles and showed me that there was water trapped under the tiles, and re-caulking would not fix the problem. He could have easily done the work and taken my money, but he didn't. I really appreciated Charlie's clear explanation. He did clean and seal the granite countertops. He was neat and offered me tips on cleaning the granite in the future. I would definitely recommend this company. It is nice to work with honest people.

Sir Grout steam cleaned all my tile in the shower & on the floor. Then, they sealed the shower grout with a clear sealer and sealed the floor grout with a color sealer that made it look brand new.

The general manager Mark was extremely professional. Scheduling was seamless. The name of the person who did the work was Charlie, and he was a total expert. Thoughtful, detail oriented, and couldn't have been nicer. I waited a few weeks to write the review. The work was done beautifully, and the cracks did not re-appear. Can highly recommend them. Note: has a minimum of $500 per job, which we didn't know initially.

Sir Grout, called me after the initial contact. He came to my house, looked over the scope of work, and provided an estimated price. They were at my home at the appointed time. On the day of service, the knock on the door came at exactly the time agreed upon. We were very happy. The regout job took approx 4 hours, as estimated. All in all, I would use this service again. Very professional. Excellent job but expensive.

The service was OUTSTANDING! I received an Initial visit that was for a free estimate. Everything was fully explained. The service was scheduled and provided within a reasonable period of time. The grout in my kitchen (which was originally off white) had turned almost black after 20 years. (My kitchen floor looked like a tic tac board). Scrubbing and cleaning the grout with a brush took hours; would only result in temporary fix, and still did not look the way I desired. On the day of service, the technician reviewed everything with me, cleaned my tile and grout and then restored grout with a paint/stain resistant sealer. He then buffed the entire floor giving it a smooth feel and shine. I am not exaggerating when I say the floor looks brand new; just like the day I moved in 20 plus years ago. This was much less expensive then replacing the kitchen floor. In addition, I found the service technician to be very knowlegeable, effecient, and personable. I also want to mention that the sealer works very well. We have already had some spills that have wiped right up without any discoloration to the grout. This was a win/win! Everything they did was fine. The original man who gave us the estimate was confusing to me. He kept trying to show how it would look if we did things and he claimed things about his products and work which were ok but nor so exceptional as he claimed. When he gave the estimate it was so very high. As I was concerned he lowered it several times. Eventually we agreed....but I do not like doing business like that....it make makes me doubt everything. Several of the the things they planned to do were not done because they said we needed to re-tile another bathroom and they don?t do it. The original guy did not say this. The gentlemen who did the work were different people and were a pleasure to work with.

The guy stood out. He came over and explained everything. They showed us what they would do. I think the guy who came over was the owner of the franchise. He explained pretty well what we could do and what would make sense. The service guy came over to do the job and he did a good job. They were on time. They were polite.

Work done on time for the price quoted. Work was neatly done and the finished work is beautiful. The service provider made useful suggestions while doing the work that improved the outcome. I selected a finish color, that when pointed out to me, I elected to change. I am very grateful for the input and feel it improved the outcome.

No more leakage through our dining room ceiling! Hooray! He did a clean, competent job and thankfully solved our problem. He was extremely kind to complete such a low cost repair.

It turned out really well. Everything looks brand new. I even changed the date of the appointment and they were very good about it. Mark B. is the estimator, and he was completely professional from estimate to completion. He was accurate and delivered everything as promised.

When the tech got to the house, he was at the home for 15 minutes; he felt there may be moisture behind the tiles. They felt that that should be addressed before they retiled. They were very honest and I was impressed with their integrity.

They were right on time and did an excellent job. It wasn't inexpensive, but we felt like we got our money's worth.

It was a very good experience. He also colored the grout - and he had a good eye. He matched the grout to the tile perfectly. He also showed up on time.
