Warren Heating and Cooling was started in January of 2003, after 30 years in the industry our founder thought it was time to go on his own. With one truck back then and 100% customer satisfaction he grew the company a little each year to get to our current size of eight trucks and an office in Hunterdon county. Our full time office staff and experienced outside sales force leads the way to 100% customer satisfaction. Warren Heating and Cooling covers all phases of heating and cooling sales,service and installation. Description of Work: I had a new furnace and a/c unit installed. The sales representative and installers were professional and knowledgeable. The sales representative was very responsive and answered all my questions- sometimes more than once. They recommeded several additional options (air purifier, UV light, etc) which I asked about and researched but ultimately decided against. I was pleased that there was no pressure from Warren to change my mind/add them. The installers worked hard all day long and were friendly and neat. I cannot comment too much on the performance of either the a/c or furnace yet as we haven't had to run either of them since the installation. Warren was higher priced than the other estimate we received but their recommendations varied a bit so we werent really comparing apples to apples. I had read other Angie's reviews that Warren's prices were very competitive so I felt comfortable that we were not being overcharged. Overall, very satisfied - so far.

Dear [member name removed], In response to your review of our company on 5/31/13 you called and requested we come to your home on 6/11/13 to repair your frozen up a/c unit. The dispatcher agreed to give you that day at a time between 4:30-5:00 pm. At 5:15 we called you to say we were on our way which was not acceptable to you. However, please understand as much as we try to stay on time we can never tell what we will run into on a call prior to yours and that puts us behind schedule. I am sure you have experienced this at the doctors office, auto mechanic, resturant etc. Some days are not always perfect. As for leaving footprints on your funiture, this is not a true statement. All of our technicians wear shoe covers and was confirmed with our technician that he did indeed have them on. Your wife acknowledged to him "thank you for putting your shoe covers on". You could also see in the reviews from other Angie's List customers that our technicians are neat and clean. I really do not believe our customers would post these statements if they were not true. We would like to ask you to reconsider your review. We believe it is a little critical, harsh and unwarranted especially considering the heat wave we were experiencing at that time. Description of Work: Come out and repair a problem with the furnace where it didn't kick back on when the temperature dropped. I had a very complex issue with my heating unit shutting off like it's supposed to when reaching the desired temperature, but then not turning back on when the temperature drops. Warren was the 4th repair service to come out "repair" the unit (and bill me) and they were very prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and found a problem in the system we weren't aware of. There was a block in a "breather" outlet by where the gas comes into the house. The only problem was, even when the clog was fixed by Public Service, the furnace still didn't work any better. Warren was great to deal with but after five different repair services came out (and $1,600 later), it was Public Service (service provider #5) that diagnosed it currectly and repaired it right.
