Warren installed the oil furnace in my home a few years ago and I was fairly happy with them. So when my mother's furnaces (2 of them) needed to be replaced I had them give us a price, which was very reasonable. We were told the new units would be energy efficient and quiet. While the new units may use slightly less oil they are far from quiet, she likens the sound to a jet engine, (I suppose in time she will get used to it). One of the furnaces leaked oil the first day and they had to be called back, we were told we had to wait for new parts until the following week. One might think they would have parts on hand for a new furnace they are installing. Once that was repaired the only thing she had to deal with was the noise, so we thought. Approximately two months after installation the furnaces started blowing cold air and kept running. So once again she put in one, two, three calls to Warren, hoping to get someone to help with the new furnaces. This time she tells me they are rude and that they refuse to send anyone out. The man on the phone rudely told us to find a oil burner service company and have them clean the two, two month old burners and fill the tanks. My mother tried to explain to them that according to the gauge we had oil, apparently they did not want to be bothered. It seems to me, once installed they do not want to hear from you. At this point we call Van Doren Oil Co., explain the situation and they send a service tech right out, along with an oil delivery which was not due for another month. We had plenty of oil, we have two interconnected tanks that simultaneously feed the furnaces. When Warren installed the new furnaces they closed the valves on both tanks however after they finished installing the furnaces they only opened one valve prohibiting the oil flow from the second tank. Customer service is nonexistent in this company. This was Warrens fault and they should have sent someone out. Now there will be a bill from another company to fix their mistake. My mother will be 79 next month, there is no need for her to be crawling around the basement floor looking for a oil shut off valve. They owe her an apology and should cover the bill from Van Doren Oil Company once received. At this point I would not recommend this company to anyone. We are very disappointed with Warren and will be contacting the BBB, along with posting to facebook, twitter and Angies list. This never should have happened.

Warren Heating and cooling was on the job, 15 minutes early, the owner was also present, to assure the Techs. and equipment were on sight to start the job. Brett and Chris, did all the work, and there contract electrician, did all the wiring connections. We had 2 inside units installed, plus the outside unit, job was completed earlier than expected, Prior to leaving, Brett, showed wife and I how to use remotes, etc. The Mitsubishi warranty, is 12 years parts and labor, with a $300 rebate . I highly recommend this company, to install Ductless A/C. Respectfully Submitted, Pete Godshalk Sr

I called up looking for an estimate on installing a humidifier on my gas furnace. After a couple of calls back and forth they provided me an estimate at a reasonable price. I Asked them them to schedule me and she said she would get back to me. After not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, I called back. She stated that they had an influx of broken heater calls with the start of the cold weather and that they were very busy. She apologized and stated that they will get back to us as soon as possible. A couple of more weeks go by and still nothing so I called back yet again to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me. Same woman answered and she stated that they were still busy. I finally called another company who was able to come within a week and charged me $100 less than Warren's estimate. I find this behavior very unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm not sure if my job was too small for them or something else was going on, but I don't understand why they would just keep dragging a potential customer along and not just be up-front about whatever their situation might was. I struggle to understand why they couldn't squeeze a 1-hour job into their "very busy schedule". Maybe they should spend less money on their TV commercials and more on customer service.

They provide excellent service at very reasonable prices. The owner came out to visit. They did a complete job including a chimney liner without having to be asked or making a big deal. I like that they hey offered Carrier instead of just Lennox. With Lennox you can only by Lennox parts for their machines making it so no one else can make repairs. They are one of the best services I found. I will recommend and continue to use them.

Installation went very well. Arrived on time, were very clean and professional. Work was done within one day as promised. Excellent explanation about equipment after it was installed

Firstly, the workers were punctual and professional. I have 2 year old condenser and a condenser that was close to 40 years old original to the home. The original condenser needed to be replaced. I went in detail with the person who quoted me the job. Needless to say they replaced the 2 year old unit, which was still under warranty. Only when it was near clean up time did I realize the error. Calls were made and it was explained to me that the contract was for replacing the 2 year old unit. It’s my fault that I signed without getting a clear understanding of zone 1 and 2. I thought it was common sense that I’d have the 40 year old unit original to the home replaced not the new model which was under warranty. I was told since I signed the contract there was nothing to be done. So a diagnostic and repair of the 2 year old condenser which would have cost me 700 wound up being unnecessarily replaced at a cost of thousands. My advice would be buyer beware. Have the contract state in laymen’s terms exactly what you the consumer needs done. In my case it would have stated replace 40 year old condenser and leave the new condenser alone! The correct furnace was replaced. The gentleman I spoke with (Paul or Tom) who was also the one who gave the quote stated that the unit wasn’t efficient which is what we discussed. But as a homeowner I would have went to the original company who installed it 2 years ago and have them repair it under 10 year warranty rather than spend money fully replacing a 2 year old unit. So beware. Use markers and stickers to ensure exactly what you need done is being done. I still have to replace my 40 year old unit and I’m out close to 7000. Would not recommend this company due to that business practice alone. But the technicians were professional and this should no way reflect on them.

They are probably not the cheapest, but they have done all of our installations for heating and air conditioning units. I have stayed with them for the servicing because they did an excellent job on the installations. When they say they are going to be here they show up on time. I use them every year. They seem to know what they are talking about. I had gotten three estimates, they wanted to replace the one I had with the same size I already had, but this company came in and recommended moving up in size. Since we moved up a size we have had no cooling problems.

Tech seemed new and needed to watch videos to install new thermostat. I was not happy paying for the tech to learn about something I thought he would know about.

Highly professional and efficient with great customer service. The were quick to call me back and answered all of my questions. They were on time and neat. I would highly recommend them. They even found rebates that the other 2 companies didn't tell me about.

Warren Heating and Cooling LLC did an amazing job installing our A/C unit. The entire team was professional and knowledgeable and we will absolutely use them again in the future and will be referring them to family and friends for all their HVAC needs.

Excellent. I called and they had a window open on the same day. Technician was on-time, professional, and immediately fixed the problem. As with other reviews, Tech put on booties while inside the house. I was very impressed that they could fit me in. Gave me timing options for other days but happy they came same day.

Smooth experience. They assessed the work and gave an accurate estimate of costs. They offered 3 options (Good, Better, Best) to choose from with 3 separate estimates. They were responsive to all calls and were on time. The work was done and completed as promised. Very happy that we chose them for this job.

The experience was excellent and outstanding starting from the quote through the installation process. All services was performed on time as promised Whether rain or shine. The sales representative who gave me the quote was very informative and provided information about all the discounts, rebates I was entitled to and also provided me with multiple options and suggestions that helped me to choose the right product for my home for the best available price. The reason I am writing this review is due to the reason i got couple more quotes for the same product and their price was the best price and so was their Installation and rebate processing.

They were just good. They came in, they fixed everything and that was pretty much it. We were very, very satisfied with these people.

They're very professional. They get the job done right. I would definitely recommend them. They installed my AC unit a couple years ago.

Warren's H&C's Scott in the quoting and evaluation was excellent. He personally came to my house for the quote and answered all my questions. Likewise, Crystal in the office was excellent in the coordination process from signed contract, the installation process, debris removal, to hookup, gas company help, paymnent and billing and rebate process with the State and County. Everything went smoothly and they worked with me as the landlord for my rental unit. The installers were thorough and also very cordial and polite with my tenant.

Excellent! Responded within a day and did work 2 days later. Very conscientious; cleaned up after themselves very well.

It started with Scott who came out to do the estimate, he was very friendly and walk me though the process of what was needed. About a week later we met with Scott and went over our options. By no way was Warren trying to sell us something we didn't need. Scott went over about 3 or 4 options that we had related to what we wanted replaced and the quality of the equipment we wanted installed. We decided to go with their top of the line Carrier Infinity system, once again this was a decision my wife and I made based on what we thought was best for our home and our energy needs. With that being said we signed off and about two weeks later their crew showed up. The installation was smooth as they used drop clothes in our hallways and on our stairs there was absolutely no mess at the end of each day. Since this was a rather big job it took two days and everything was great on both days. Upon completion, they went over the wifi thermostat with us, showed us the attic which was clean and from what I could see looked excellent. They moved the new air handler to a different location giving us more access for storage and making servicing the unit very easy to get to. All the connections and work done were solid, as we were very happy with the final product. After 3-4 estimates, we are so happy we went with Warren, it was the best decision we could have made for this particular project and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to replace or service their central air system.

My 14 year-old central A/C system started leaking and I spent $400 with my plumber having it repaired. It didn’t work. I did a lot of research before selecting Warren Heating and Cooling for the purchase and installation of a brand new system. I started with Angie’s List, winnowing down the local options to two that had very good reputations and about 100+ reviews with 95% of customers giving each an “A” rating. I called these two plus the company that installed the original system prior to my buying the house. I called Warren Heating and Cooling, Vendor #2 and the third to scheduled an appointment and estimate. The company that originally installed the unit 14 years ago couldn’t get out to see me for three weeks so I disqualified them, assuming that future service appointment windows wouldn’t be much better. I was impressed with Warren Heating and Cooling from the moment they arrived (about 10 minutes early. I love early.) The Sales Tech (Tom) laser-measured every room in the house to assess tonnage required. He inspected the current system in the attic, sat down and presented brochures for the brand (Carrier) I wanted and presented me with two options. He discussed the options in detail and answered all my questions. I asked for an estimate but he said he’d come back with one in a few days and sit down to review it with me. He arrived on the date and time (a little early again) with a detailed estimate, additional information about Warren Heating and Cooling, including customer references. At this stage I considered both vendors about equal. And I felt I had two very good companies to choose from but how would I make my final selection? The Warren Heating and Cooling Sales Tech returned and reviewed the estimate in detail with me and I selected the Performance Series option and extended the Labor Warranty to 10 years. I was still waiting for a formal estimate from Vendor #2. I went back to Angie’s List and dug into the “A” rating reviews for each. Much to my surprise, a big difference turned up. The “A” rating reviews for Warren Heating and Cooling were almost all for multi-thousand dollar installations of new heating and cooling system (from about $5k to over $20k). The “A” rating reviews for Vendor #2 were largely for $69 service calls. This gave Warren Heating and Cooling a big edge. I wait 5 days for a formal estimate from Vendor #2. It arrives by email and is a simple form with 3 checked boxes on it – no detail. This “checked box estimate” and the reviews made my decision very easy. Vendor #2 would not be getting the job. I awarded the job to Warren Heating and Cooling which proved to offer an outstanding customer experience from first contact to last. Removing my existing system through a small return vent in the hallway ceiling proved to be the most cumbersome part of the installation. Chris and Kyle spent 12 very sweaty hours (7:30am – 7:30pm) pulling out the old system, putting in the new system, making it more serviceable in the attic, testing the system and showing me how to use the new programmable thermostat. The owner of the business also showed up early in the morning to introduce himself and thank me for giving them the work which was impressive. Everything went very smoothly after the old system was out. They also re-routed the drain pipe, pitching it down and directing it a much shorter distance to my gutter. The old pipe was not pitched, ran about 30 feet the length of the house and was not pitched. After all was complete, they also took me through all the paperwork including that which was required to claim the rebates available. I am in marketing and I have very high expectations for a job well done. I was very impressed by Warren Heating and Cooling for delivering a pleasant, all-around outstanding customer experience, something many, many businesses don’t even understand how to do today.

No call / no show for the scheduled appointment. Used them once before for furnace maintenance which went fine. Having to wait a month for the appointment without getting the service done is frustrating.

From Tom the salesman, Crystal in the office, and the two installers, the entire job went extremely well from start to finish. They were timely, neat and respectly. Cannot have asked for a better company and I have not had that same experience in the past with Carrier dealers.

The work went exactly as planned. We received the estimate in the fall and decided to postpone the work until spring. Warren honored the estimate several months after it had been prepared. I had my choice of days on which to schedule the work and Warren took care of filing all the permits for the work, although I was responsible for paying for them, picking them up and scheduling the inspection (standard practice). The installers arrived as scheduled, and were courteous and professional throughout the day. They laid down tarps to keep the path to the basement clean. All old equipment and debris was removed both inside and out. Everything was left as clean as when they arrived. After the work was complete, we were shown the new unit and all of the connections, drainage, etc. and paperwork / payment was completed in a very orderly way. We had our main HVAC unit replace by Warren a couple of years ago so knew what to expect. It was, again, a very positive experience.

Scott Kelly was outstanding! He came to give us the estimate to have our home converted from oil to natural gas and add central air. He gave us three options in the estimate and was so thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He even advised us on how to convert our propane fire place to a natural gas fireplace. He and his staff coordinated everything beautifully and we love our new furnace/ AC system. Thank you to everyone at Warren Heating and Cooling, LLC. We love our new furnace and AC system!!

Paul H. was very polite and easy to talk to. He took measurements of all the rooms in the house to right size the units. Paul answered all my questions regarding the installation process, what happens the day of install, who would be coming to the house, how long the installation would take, services provided, warranty, experience of the employees, length of time the employees have been at Warren, and many more. After comparing all the quotes, i have found his final pricing right in the middle. The day of the installation, Paul and the crew of 2 showed up right on time and finished earlier than planned. Everything went smoothly and the technicians cleaned up the area they worked in. The technicians were very polite and very conscientious. After the installation was complete, the technicians educated me on the unit and showed me where everything was. A curious incident happened the night of the installed and when i called the emergency line, Paul called me back within 10-15 minutes. Because of the time night i called, no one was available to come to the house; however, a technician would have been dispatched at 8AM the next day. As it turned out, the issue was not the fault of Warren, but rather the cycling of power was needed at the panel. This incident in the evening made me extremely comfortable with the purchase i made with Warren. The level of service and professionalism was very much appreciated.
