Good customer interface from office to sales rep. Recommended "right-sizing" furnace and blindly replace existing one (while it is summer still at the time of writing and furnace has not been used extensively, I have every confidence Warren has got it right). Punctual and professional. The installation went very well. Very good management as well - I had called the owner Paul H. for a couple of questions. He promptly returned the call, answered the questions patiently and made some suggestions regarding duct rust, cleaning etc. Excellent experience Highly recommend this company.

We unexpectedly had to repair our central air -- didn't know we had to do so until during the replacement of our furnace earlier this year. Because it was an unplanned expense - and we we less than thrilled with the company that put in our new furnace - I acquired a good number of estimates for the job (literally 7 or 8 I believe.) And I carefully compared each company -- their prices as well as what they recommended and how they got to that recommendation. Trust me, I labored over this decision and put each company under a microscope. As I learned for a project, like this you really have to -- or you will get shortchanged. In the end we chose Warren and I am glad we did. The owner Paul and Scott came out to do the estimate. I like the fact that the owner himself came out to look at the job. That means a lot to me. I also like that he was quite experienced in the field. He has been around this kind of work for awhile and it was evident immediately in the questions he began to ask (which I also liked -- he did not assume anything and did not try to sell right away) and the issues he pointed out with both our furnace and a.c. systems. He seemed honest and knowledgeable and pointed out several things about our furnace installation that he did think were done correctly (they even fixed the one thing for us for free). He was also friendly which is not always the case. Scott and Paul also provided us with several hand-written customer testimonials which said a lot about their quality service. I like that they measured our house and used the measurements to calculate the best system for us. Half the companies I talked to did not do this and i can't understand how they can make their recommendations without doing so. Also, they insisted that if they did this job they would replace all the piping and tubing that ran from the condensate pump to the unit (I think that's how it works). This made sense to me, yet once again, this was another thing that the other companies did not recommend (I think to keep their estimates low). Only one other company insisted on this and from the research I did, that is the proper thing to do during the installation. I also like that they install brand name equipment like Carrier. After I received the estimate, I dealt with Scott who was great. Very patient with us and never pushy. He understood we had gotten quotes from other places and felt we would eventually choose Warren based on their merit. Which we eventually did. I was not home for the installation, but my wife said it went quickly and smoothly. They explained everything to her afterward and our furnace room and area where the a.c. unit sits were left very clean. In the end, we are very pleased so far that we chose Warren and plan on making them our go-to company for our HVAC needs. They were not the cheapest -- nor the most expensive (but ironically enough they were cheaper than several other companies despite the fact that Warren was doing MORE work replacing all that piping and tubing). But they are fair with their pricing. You get what you pay for ... and when it's something as expensive and critical as a central a.c. unit ... you should seek quality people and products and know that they come with a substantial price tag. Warren was worth every cent. thank you, guys.

Last week we had our A/C and Furnace replaced by Warren Heating and Cooling. Throughout the process, they were great to work with. Scott was great w/ the quoting process, providing answers to all the questions we had. Paul, the owner, was also fantastic, and we were able to work out a nice deal with him to help keep our house cool until they were able to get out to replace the old units. The only issue we had was with the first new coil that was installed at our home. After approximately 2 hrs, my wife noticed water on our floor, so we called the team back to check for issues. Dawn and Mike were very responsive and got right back out to the house that evening. Unfortunately, the pan that drains the condensate from the coli on the originally installed unit was cracked. This was no fault of the Warren Team, the equipment was just damaged out of the box. The team was very responsive and got the coil replaced the next evening, so we were only without cooling for 1 day. I was happy with the responsiveness, and I am hopeful that we will not have any issues moving forward. I have been quite pleased with the Warren team thus far, and will definitely be using them to service our units moving forward. Thanks to Susan, Dawn, Rob, Mike, Scott, and Paul for all the help. This is a huge investment for us, so I appreciate your professionalism and support through the process and moving forward.

We were shopping around to replace the up stair AC and Furnace unit. The quote I received from Warren Heating & Cooling is the lowest. Also they installed similar system for my next neighbor who highly recommended Warren to us. Rob and Mike from Warren Heating & Cooling did an excellent job on installation of the system, also they test run the whole system and showed us how to us the new carrier controller. I definitely will recommend Warren Heating & Cooling to my friends.

The first floor zone went as well as the second floor. The same team of two workers arrived on time at 7:30AM and got right to work. They put down drop cloths and asked me where I would like the outdoor unit located. They worked consistently throughout the day and finished around 4PM. They went over everything they did and asked if I had any questions on this or the other zone. They had organized paperwork and went over the details of how to register my equipment (which you need to do with Carrier equipment or your warranty is shortened). They gave me the paperwork I needed to fill out to claim my rebates and some of that work is done by the office staff at Warren. I worked primarily with Susan Hanson who is very knowledgeable and responsive. All in all, a great experience and I'm glad I found a competent company for HVAC work.

I shopped around and I was surprised to find that Warren HVAC was the cheapest estimate I got as well as being very highly recommended on Angieslist. They are a Carrier dealer and that also surprised me since I had gotten worse pricing for Gibson and other C level brands. They showed up on time, were very efficient in the install, and did a very clean and impressive installation. They put down drop cloths and made sure to take all the junk away with them at the end of the day. They finished the entire install in one day. In fact, they were so good and the new equipment is so good that I decided to have the other zone changed out. They are coming back in a week to do the other zone.

We were very happy with this company. They came highly recommended from my parents who also got them on referral from their friends. Our central AC compressor went out in the beginning of June. Warren Heating gave us the best value from all the companies we solicited for quotes. Susan and Dawn were great with us. Our calls were attended to quickly. When we decided to go with them they got us on the schedule for 8 days after we sent in the signed contract. They knew we had no working air conditioning in the hot weather and put our job as a priority. Paul, the company owner, did not try to sell us a more expensive system than our home required. They contacted our township for the permits immediately and began the work the following week. They submitted our manufacturers rebate. They arrived at 7:30 to begin the job as indicated and completed it around 5 when they said it would be completed. The two technicians went over everything with us and made sure we understood it and that everything was in working order before they left. We were very highly satisfied and have already recommended Warren Heating and Cooling to others.

I called them for my AC compressor problem, she apologized they were too busy and could not take on new customers. I appreciated their being up-front. I will definitely consider them in the future.

Great company. Totally honest and did exactly what I wanted. It was very cold over Memorial Day weekend and our heater was not working. They came out that weekend, and instead of trying to sell me a new heating unit they offered to fix the older one to save me money. The service men were polite and professional.

We wanted to install central air conditioning in our 150+ year old farmhouse. Retrofitting an old house like ours takes imagination and problem solving, and finding a contractor willing to do it - at a reasonable price - was a challenge. Several contractors took one look at the tight spaces and never called back, and others gave us sky-high estimates. Warren Heating and Cooling was unfazed by the challenge. Paul, the owner, came out and offered creative solutions to our problems. We were expecting to settle for central air only on the second floor, but Paul found ways to bring the air to the first level using the same unit. Our job was scheduled quickly, and the entire installation process went very smoothly. The workers were neat, efficient, and highly professional. They even sent in all documents for our manufacturer's rebate! We've used our new central air system several times during the recent heat waves, and love it! I spoke with Paul (the owner) and we set up an appointment for him to come and measure for both a new air conditioner and a new furnace (the poor furnace was 32 years old!). He was very friendly and he and his assistant immediately put on booties over their shoes to walk in my house! Paul sent us the estimate shortly thereafter and we agreed for the work to be done. The two techs that Paul sent were wonderful--Mike and Rob were friendly, professional and knowledgeable; The work they did was fantastic! They walked me through the new furnace and ac systems, showing me all the features of the new equipment. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. They even replaced the faceplate of the new digital thermostat (from dark grey to off-white) because I didn't like it! I was so pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company to everyone! Thank you!

The entire job was done professionally from price quote to installation. Paul provided a variety of price options and details on the units he would install. He answered all of my follow-up questions and provided detailed literature on the products he would install. It was easy to schedule with is office and his team completed the job exactly as stated in one day.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. Called for service at 6:30AM, someone called by 7AM and said they would have someone here to fix it within the hour, but I decided to go to work for the morning and scheduled an afternoon appointment. The tech was 30 mins late but someone from the office called ahead of time to warn me he was running late. He repaired the furnace and performed maintenance.

We gathered 3 separate quotes from installers in the area. Warren H&C came in with the most competitive price and offered the best quality equipment for the money. The entire experience was great from the start. The salesman clearly addressed all my questions, and provided clear understandable answers. Not to mention when I called with some more questions a few days later the owner returned my call and provided more information and guidance. The install was scheduled and executed flawlessly in one day by a very professional crew. I should also note that the owner was on site the morning of the install to ensure everything got off to a good start. They also took care of all the paperwork with my town to secure the permits. All we had to do was pay and pick them up. Great service. I also worked with the office staff throughout the process who provided excellent front line service relaying messages, helping with rebate paperwork and planning the install. I will continue to use Warren in the future to service our new equipment. This company turned a estimate into a new long term customer the way it should be done, with great people, fair pricing, quality equipment and great service at all levels. The new modulating furnace with humidity control they recommended is great. It's only been a couple of days but we're already feeling the benefits of the new equipment recommended by Warren H&C. No more forced hot air heating temperature swings, (from too hot to too cold and dry air) that is so common with forced hot air heating.

Since we didn't have enough time to get many estimates, we called Warren Heating and Cooling based on their Angie's List reviews. We were not disappointed. Paul gave us an estimate for both a new, oil-fired boiler and a new, gas-fired boiler. He was very helpful in answering our questions and providing guidance. We decided to convert to gas, and Warren worked closely with us on coordinating the schedule between Warren, the gas company and the borough inspector. During the installation and removal of our old boiler, the technicians were quick and very professional. It was a messy job but they used drop cloths to keep things clean. We feel the pricing was fair and we received an excellent product for the money we spent.

Overall, the crew was very professional and efficient. And, a few weeks after installation everything is working perfectly and we are very happy with the work. I would definitely use them again.

Nothing too noteworthy. We received a visit for the estimate within 1-2 weeks, and although there was originally some confusion about the scope of the job (we wanted both heating and cooling but the first estimate had only cooling), this was quickly resolved. The price was comparable to other large companies in our service area. The owner was very involved in the planning and supervision of the work, and spent a lot of time with us working out the layout of the ducts in order to minimize unsightly spaces. The team cleaned up nicely afterwards. The office staff was friendly, and were helpful in getting us our state rebate. Overall we were happy with the work and have recommended them to our neighbors.

The technician was on time and courteous. He cleaned the furnace and noticed a problem with the blower. He was able to remove the cover from the wheel on the blower that was scraping and making noise. He also cleaned the lime deposits from the humidifier and replaced the filters.

We first came across Warren Heating and Cooling last winter when our furnace died. They came out and quickly got it up and running in no time. They also told us that our furnace was on it's last legs which, we knew already. Before winter started this year we had Warren Heating and Cooling come out in the fall and do an assesstment of our system/house. Scott came out and asked all the right questions, took a look at every room of the house and gave us three different proposals to replace our furnace and AC. We ended up replacing our furnace/AC with high efficiency models, and two Mitsubishi ductless units for the second floor bedrooms of our Cape Cod style home. We are very happy with the new system and the work and professionalism of Warren. Scott came by in the morning on the date of install to introduce the crew. There were a handful of guys there from 8 am until 6 pm and the whole job was completed in a day!

We needed to have our furnace and AC replaced, and based on the reviews on this site we reached out to Warren Heating and Cooling. From the first contact we had with them, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. From scheduling the initial appointment with Dawn, to the actual appointment and then the quote review with Paul, everything was perfect. Everyone we dealt with from the company was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. On top of all that, the price as compared to other quotes we got was the best. In fact, we ended up getting better equipment for a lower price than what another firm was charging for lower end equipment. Even in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy when their phones were down, Dawn still found a way to reach out to us to let us know when our appointment would be. On the day of installation, the crew arrived a few minutes earlier than planned which was great, and did a complete walk through of everything they planned on doing. It was exactly as we had discussed in our first consultation. The work was done perfectly. When it was all done, they walked me back through everything they did, gave my wife and I a quick lesson on how to use our new thermostat, and took us through all the paperwork (rebates, financing, etc). There is no doubt in my mind that if I have ever any sort of heating/cooling needs, I will be reaching back out to Paul and his team. And if i ever hear of friends/family who need work then, I will be sure to pass along the info. I've dealt with many contractors in the last several years, and I've heard all the excuses. Warren Heating and Cooling was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Paul was very informative from the onset. The customer service was exceptional as well. I called at least 5 companies to provide their estimates before choosing WH&C and found that none of the other companies were quite as nice and professional as WH&C was. Margo and Dawn were so nice and accommodating on the phone as well and I appreciated that for a customer service department, as it is a reflection of the company as a whole. It also helped that WH&C's pricing was among the lowest quotes provided. While the out of pocket cost was $8100.00 for a new Carrier furnace and AC, after rebates, the total will end up roughly $1600 less. The men that Paul sent to do the work were very efficient and professional. They started at 7:30am and were finished around 4pm. They then proceeded to clean up, show me how to use my new equipment and sat down to walk me through the paperwork and rebate process. This part was unbeatable! Truly made the entire process so easy and manageable. I will definitely recommend WH&C to all of my friends and family~
